Update since my review. I never received a call or an email, this has been a month after my review. I will no longer give my business to Jimmy John’s. Always ordered from this Jimmy Johns. I ordered the new sandwich. This is the only time I have ever complained about Jimmy Johns. Mind that I have been a fan of Jimmy John’s since 2016. When I called and complained about the sandwich and asked to see what we can do. The person that answered the phone stated. “Sorry, there is nothing I can do.” Now it will be Firehouse sub that gets my business.

I’ve been to multiple Jimmy John’s locations some make the sandwiches delectable this one does not I’ve been here on two occasions , ordered the same dish a totally tuna with extra veggies. on both occasions they messed the order up the most recent Martinez they gave me the wrong tuna sandwich at a cheese which I did not ask for and did not double up on the veggies as requested. but I noticed something the ratio of ingredients that they put is not right they put way too much tuna too little of other ingredients and the whole thing is a soggy mess this is not like the original Jimmy John’s quality. I wish them well but I would not return to this location

Placed a mobile app order. It takes less than 5 minutes to drive there. Total time it took to get my order was over an hour, over 45 minutes was just waiting. Needless to say, I will not be going back after that experience.

I come here everyday for lunch at work and its amazing! Clean, friendly people, never had an order given to me wrong. Today I went in and a sweet girl, she said her name was Aria (I hope I spelled that right, long red hair, tattoos) talked to my girlfriend about her tattoos and took time to write down her tattoo shop info for my girlfriend. 10/10 would recommend this place and would go to bat to get Aria a raise

Slower than just about any restaurant within a 5 mile radius and all you do is put together cold sandwiches. Hardly ever get the correct order. Just pitiful. If only someone in their franchise cared about service and would keep them accountable

45 minutes for delivery and told multiple times it was on the way when we were only 1.5 miles from the store. If I had known it would take so long I would have driven there myself. Sandwiches were soggy as if they were made and then sat for a long time before being sent for delivery.

I never leave reviews online but I literally could have walked to this Jimmy Johns and received my food faster than it was delivered. After waiting over an hour for my food to be delivered, and without any status updates on the tracker, I finally called to see what was going on. The guy on the phone told me it was delivered at my doorstep (as I was looking at my empty doorstep). Guess it got delivered to the wrong address. I was then told they were remaking it and it would be delivered soon. This is when the tracker finally updated. Finally received my food after an hour and 30 minutes. Next time I’ll just walk there.

Placed a mobile order at this location, keep in mind I have never ate at a jimmy johns location before so this was a blind date kinda thing with trying a new place. I arrived and was greeted by all 4 workers inside (customer service gold star). Got my food home, order was correct, bread was fresh, taste was amazing, and boy was that pickle delicious. Will definitely be returning. New favorite place
