We’re big fans of Freddy’s and this location was great! Great service, really fast orders, and delicious food! I love the “custard on hold” way to order and pay for your ice cream with your order, and just ask for it when you’re ready (so useful in the summer). They’re expanding, so this is one of the newer locations, but glad to see more in Virginia! This location has indoor and outdoor seating, tables, and booths, high chairs and booster seats. They also have a drive through.

I’ve never been to a Freddy’s before and I must say my family and I were very impressed with the quality of the food. I was expecting McDonald’s/Wendy’s style burgers and was gladly proven wrong by the double smash. Even after a 20 minute drive back to the hotel everything was still delicious

Compared to surrounding fast food joints that consistently have not made my order correctly or have had machine broken and supplies out of stock, Freddy’s has not yet let me down. I wish it had a baby changing station in the mens room and nice looking bathrooms but I’m there for the food. If you like super skinny, crunch fries this is your spot to cut back on a couple carbs. The cheese curds are the soft squishy kind. I’m definitely a california burger fan.

This was my first encounter with Freddy’s. It wasn’t bad, it was great. The service was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It was only in the 70’s when we visited but the AC was blasting, had to run to the car to get our jackets. The French fries are the thinnest I’ve ever seen….half of McDonald’s shoe string. I guess you’d call these matchstick fries. They were ok. I got the #1 Freddy’s Deluxe Sandwich combo. The meat is 2 very thin patties with long sliced pickles, mustard, and raw onions. If you don’t like a lot of sauce or seasoning you’d probably like this. Otherwise you’ll need to add some toppings to doctor it up. A bit bland for my taste. Overall it was ok. Probably won’t be a frequent visitor. We did not try the deserts this time.

My husband, four of our grandchildren and I stopped for a late lunch at this bustling Freddy’s. It was our first time eating at a Freddy’s restaurant. The restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms were stocked. Service was friendly and professional. Our granddaughters chose sundaes. Both the dirt and worms and chocolate brownie sundaes were absolutely delicious! The steakburgers were crispy, salty, greasy deliciousness, and the hot, crispy fries tasted amazing with the fry sauce. After eating, I ordered a birthday cake shake, and my husband ordered a signature turtle sundae. Absolutely backwards, we ordered cheese curds to share. Everything was yummy! Recommended! EXCEPT: AN EMPLOYEE WAS VAPING IN THE MEN’S ROOM! Both my husband and one grandson tried to use the restroom for 10 minutes, and the door was locked. My grandson rushed into a room filled with vapors. Gross!

Great new addition to the fast food scene in Williamsburg. Service is not really “fast food” – but really busy when visited and food came out fresh and hot with just a little bit of a wait. Concretes are pricey but pretty good.

The food is great. The French fries are good, I just don’t approve of shoe string fries but the wife loves them. The burgers are juicy and delicious. The only problem we had was that we had to wait about 20 minutes for 3 milkshakes.

We pulled through the drive-thru with 7 people in our vehicle, ready to test the patience of the Freddy’s worker. But, to our surprise a friendly, enthusiastic, calm, cool and collected worker named Ty took our order with ease. Our experience could not have been better. Even better, all of our customized burgers were made correctly! Props to this establishment and their hard worker Ty!
