One of the worst Burger Kings out there. There is always something wrong. Seems like everytime I come here its another problem. Sometimes they are just out of key ingredients, mess up app orders (cant even say it was a speaker issue), other times they are cash only, almost always rude at the drive-thru like they are inconvenienced someone showed up. At this point it just seems like they come up with reasons to avoid doing work. Definitely a management problem at this location that has been going on for about a year or more. I cant remember one overall positive experience. Some things to consider prior to visiting this location.

I just went through the line and they didn’t even know my order and got an attitude with me how you pull a car and don’t have the ticket in front of you to get all the food in the bag the first time I already waited 20 mins in the lane and someone need to do something cause nobody has a clue and I worked in fast food for 5 years rime wasn’t built in a day but this Burger King needs se real CEO and my food was cold again the heck you pullr for had 3 different bags brought

I came here at 8 A.M. because I work nights so I didn’t want breakfast and I frequently get a whopper here in the morning but the worker today told me that it’s breakfast and they won’t make a whopper even though I know they will and their website says “dinner for breakfast” after rudely telling me that she goes we’re just not supposed to. Disappointed she didn’t have a name tag so I don’t know her name. But I won’t be ba back. Should have trusted all the 1 star reviews

Unusually horrible service and food! When we got to the payment window, our credit card was declined for $1.09. Seemed odd to me, but we just payed and called out CC company. The line moved horribly slow, if we could have gotten out of line, we would have left. We get to the window and we find out their systems have gone down. They ask us our order two different times before they ask us to pull around to the front. About 5 minutes after being parked, they come out and ask our order again. 5 minutes later they bring our order out without 2 items, and all the food was cold. They bring the rest of our food out, and it is only mildly warmer than the first batch. I ask for a receipt at this point and they can’t provide one. They do offer for us to go back through the drive through for new food. We’ve already been here for nearly 30 minutes at this time. No, thank you. We have frequented this BK multiple times over the last year and never had service or food like this, but it will be a long time before I go back.

Pulled up to order, only one in line and asked to wait a moment. Waited 3 min before saying hello to get thier attention. They apologized for the wait, asked me for my order which was one combo meal and a sandwich which I had to repeat 3 times. Got to window, got food and order was completely wrong.

Would never go back. Was in the drive thru for 10 minutes then when I called was told were backed up with mobile orders. Finaly got a women on the speaker she said one minute. Waited 2 more minutes then said hello she yelled at me and said listen I said 1 minute. Absolutely awful.

Drive through woman didn’t listen to ring up my order correctly then accused me of being a liar when I came back. Nothing but nice and polite to workers all the time and order the same item for my child every visit. Generally the people are decent but not this time.

The place was closed for indoor dining. We did go through the drive through,the burgers were not warm . Didn’t make me happy. It was r treat for January, and we were disappointed. Not even a whole sliced of tomato,a couple of small pieces of lettuce. So disappointed.

The chicken sandwich was over cooked chicken like they pre-fried it then re-dropped it back into the grease to cook it up for faster food service times. I understand them doing it, but if business is slow they should do fresh and tell the customer to wait for fresh food.
