We enjoyed the food. I ordered the new oven baked lasagna which was good and could have been better if the meat in between the lasagna was saucy. It was still white, other than that it was delicious. Clarissa gave an exceptional service.

Always love the Denny’s in Ennis, worth the 20 mile drive from home. Waitstaff is always super friendly and attentive, knows our orders. Manager stops by to ask how is everything. Great place.

Did not get any service from a waiter for 30 minutes had the host bring us water after 15 minutes of waiting. One of the waiters completely ignored us had her back on us …20 minutes go by and a family sits adjacent from us which they immediately got taken care of…as she was walking off we finally got her attention and she turned around and gave us attitude after we told her what was going on and she said she was not waiting our section… she then called out for Brooke and said that we were mad, which we where after 20 minutes of not hearing from anyone.Brooke then said, “I’m not serving them if they are mad” which then we waited even more until we had to walk out after 30 minutes waisted of our time. Brooke could have changed our dining experience but decided to neglect us and not offer to fix the issue. This was on April 23rd 2023 at around 1 o’ clock. Thank you for the the host who tried to make it better. I feel like I gave them way to much time to try to fix it and no one stepped in but the host who shouldn’t be her job to wait on tables.

So I went to pick up an order I did mobile around 1:33pm march 19. I told the hostess I had one and she kept skipping over me and continued to take cash…I was patient but her skipping over me seemed intentional..she asked for the name on the order but continued to take peoples cash. when she could’ve went to get my order or told someone else to go get my order.. before taking anymore cash, but she didn’t & I could’ve been out of the way already. She was unpleasant & rude. The rest of the staff was really nice the food was great as usual except the hostess that about ruined my experience for me.
