I’ve been a customer for almost two years now. I get the same thing every time (Texas Tuna Melt- it’s delicious), but today I was very disappointed. Only have a 30 minute lunch break, I placed my order and paid online at 11:45 and was given an expected time of 12:15 that my order would be ready. I left work at 12:00, headed across town to pick up my order. Walked in at 12:14, the cashier said my order wasn’t ready because they hadn’t received my order yet (30 minutes after it was placed), she took my order again and attempted to collect payment. I reminded her that I had paid online and showed her my confirmation and reminder text about my order. She wrote my order down and asked someone in the back to make it. I didn’t receive my order until 12:30 (the time I was supposed to be back at work). There was no apology or anything done to rectify my online order not being received. As I was turning to walk out, the cashier let me know that my order had just come through (45 minutes after placing it online. Needless to say, I was late getting back to work and had to scarf my food down in my car while driving. Im very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

So GOOD, quit scrolling and get in to Roly Poly Sandwiches right now! I am here in Alexandria for the first time working. I didn’t want anything too heavy but was hungry and fast food just didn’t sound good. I did a Google search for food near me and Roly Poly Sandwich’s showed up. It was just what I was looking for, something that wouldn’t give me the guilties for eating bad and something I had never tried before. I had the number 13 Hot & Honey. It was delish!! Smoked Turkey, jalapeño Jack cheese, BACON, sun dried tomatoes, baby spinach with a side of spicy honey mustard. They had me at bacon & Jalapeños, it far exceeded my expectations! I’ll be craving this sandwich later and we don’t have a Roly Poly where I live! I got the large because I intended to eat half later but….. it was so good, I couldn’t put it down! Very fresh, great service, clean and quick! You also must try the sweet tea! Best I’ve ever had! Did I mention the service? Yes, I did, but it deserves another mention. At a time where good service is hard to find, the service at Roly Poly Alexandria was EXCELLENT!! What a gem this place is!! I can’t wait to be in town to go back!

Ate at my first Roly Poly back in the 90s right outside of LSU. Have been eating at Roly Poly Alexandria for as long as I can remember. Love the Hot Honey, Fajita Chicken, BBQ, and several roll your own combos. Service consistent and dining area clean. Rolls always amazing! Good choice for catering a lunch meeting.

Great service, and the food is delightful. A shame their hours aren’t longer, as it is rare I have a chance to pop over for lunch. If you don’t know what to try, get something with their spicy brown mustard, it’s to die for!

The pesto chicken wrap was delicious! I would absolutely love to have their potato salad recipe with bacon in it. The staff is extremely nice and I just love the friendly older lady that works the register.

I made a purchase at roly poly many times but this night Dec 5 it was about 20 min before closing .I don’t know if it’s a common practice for the employees to not use gloves. That particular night the young man that prepared my sandwich did not. I ordered a Philly melt and it barely had cheese on it and it was stuff with mostly bell peppers.needless to say I couldn’t get past the guy not wearing gloves so I just threw it away
