It was only one waiter in the restaurant! All the time we spent there we only saw one person taking care of waiter and hostess. He was great!!! Excellent service, everything was exactly as we ordered, he wasn’t stressed, he was taking our order in a friendly and patient manner, checking we were ok and refilling our drinks.

When we went it was very calm and not busy, the service was fast and the food was good. It was a bit cold in there when we went. Waitress was kind. Only complaint was the diet soda was flat.

UPDATE: I ended up going back after finding out that the ant problem was taken care of. We had the same server, and he didn’t have an attitude! It was like we had a different person serving us. He was cheerful and very attentive. Now the food.. Everyone enjoyed the food, but I do have to say that my bacon and pancakes were a little overcooked. Maybe, because we went around 9 pm. I did say before that we would go earlier, but I wanted to see if I would get the same server and how that experience would be. Anyway, this trip was wonderful compared to the last trip.

If I could leave 0 starts I would! To start, my son and I was sat at a table that wasn’t properly cleaned. I had to get the attention on the hostess that sat us, to show her the milk spilled all over the seat. We sat for about 10 minutes before seeing our server, mind you we were given menus and not a single utensil. Our server was nice, but gave the impression that she was swamped and needed help. We ordered drinks, then reviewed the menu, ordered our food and requested silverware and straws. Our drinks arrive (coffee and hot chocolate), but remember, no utensils or straws. Saw another server passing our table and asked her for utensils, she says “sure” and walks off. 10 minutes later, sees the other server again and asks for them again, and finally gets them this time.

The new manager is bringing the place back! We stopped by today before fireworks and were greeted right away. Quick order, the food came fast and FRESH. Our server was Brooke and she was attentive and so nice with the kids! Thank you guys and see ya next weekend!

Terrible service! My sister wanted to dine here with her son around 11:00 am on 8/27 and she waited about 3 minutes at the front desk in front of a worker (young lady) and she was not acknowledged until she asked if she could dine in. She was then told that they were not accepting dine ins and my sister asked why and she was told “because they are busy”. I then call this ihop to check if they are accepting dine ins and turns out they are! I had never heard of a restaurant turning down a customer because they were busy hence the reason why I called. Very disappointed in the service here and will not be returning.

Wow, I’ve been to many ihops across the country and this visit was so pleasant. Our waitress was Brooke, she was a great assertive communicater, confident and attentive. We did have one issue and she took care of it right away, so it seemed non existent. Everything was clean. The food was great. I am glad that this restaurants had 4 stars on here, because my son tried to talk us out if ihop as we usually have problems at other locations. Thanks Brooke for your amazing service and making our road trip better because of it!

For over 1 month, I tried this location on Sahara and the cooks there don’t know how to cook over easy eggs. I tried during the day and it was the same with the cook during the day. They don’t know medium bacon either. My server wasn’t bad, he just delivers the food and states he doesn’t know the difference, so he brings out food the way the cook decides he feels like making, not what the customers order.
