Very disappointed. I only order original dark meat chicken. I order, I pay, they don’t hav r any prepared. I ordered the 3 piece but got charged for the four piece. I asked for the manager and asked for my money back. I used my debit card. Three weeks now and still have not gotten my money returned. Will not be back to the KFC in Murphy NC.

We went through the drive through and the woman taking our order was nothing but hateful. When we pulled up I asked to have a second to look at the menu and she proceeded to sit there and keep asking what we want. When I got to the window to pay I forgot to ask for no gravy on my mashed potatoes and she rolled her eyes when I said it. They then made us move up even though there wasn’t anyone else in the line before or after us.

The last 2 times I went thru the drive thru I was told it would be 11 to 12 minutes on chicken. First time I waited outside for them to bring my food out for 30 minutes so I go inside to see what was taking so long and they couldnt find my order so I told them my order and it took another 25 minutes for me to get my food. Tonight ordered my food at the drive thru and was told it would be 11 minutes on chicken. I told the girl that was fine. Pulled up to the window and payed for my order and was asked to pull up and they would bring it out. I sat there for 45 minutes and had to go in AGAIN and get my food. Not very happy.

Horrible…sorry people until this pitiful mess is cleaned up…its zero stars . Contacted coorperate. I’m willing to keep checking on quality status. Until then… use drive thru i guess, or go to Blairsville restaurant. Went to buffet tonight and no plates of all things and no receipts. Really sad because this is exactly what put 7-11 stores out of business. And remember , they used to be on every corner. Look closely. Dried. up, crusty, empty, old,…been eating here for about a year now…it always looks the same. We are finally fed up! Will keep y’all posted.

Ordered online. They were slammed and ran out of chicken so I checked back with them when business slowed down. The girl at the counter was so nice and apologetic. They are trying hard in a very busy restaurant.

I ordered a 3 piece barbecue tender meal with sweet tea. When I opened it up it looked like they used the last of the barbecue sauce on the last persons order and stuck me with the amount you get when trying to shake the bottle to get the last squirt out. On top of that when I opened the box that had my frys and biscuit the container for my frys was only half full. So in the end the best part of the meal I was charged $7 for and only got half of was the sweet tea.
