Lately, I have noticed a drastic difference with the customer service at many places. Taco Bell, isn’t for fine dining. Yet, all customers spending hard earned cash should not be spoken down to nor wait 35minutes to be able to pick my order up. It had been ordered prior to arriving.

Ten young kids in back just standing around talking and joking but not wanting to do any work…. We ordered power bowls but the two combined would have been a single power bowl made normally. We even ordered & paid for extra chicken & sauce but didn’t get it. The two bowls were not worth the 20 bucks we paid. Tables were dirty, two girls decided they were going to clean the bathrooms when I caught them talking in the woman’s. While I was using the restroom one girl starting spraying bleach on sink so I couldn’t wash my hands when I finished. Very disappointed in while experience.

Very busy. Of course that’s expected the High School was being dismissed for the day. It appears as of Taco Bell is the place to go after school. We talked with a few of the students made a couple of friends while eating. Christmas music playing. Service was professional. We enjoyed our dinner and visit. We will go back. We also believe their prices are reasonably less than the other fast food restaurants in Kingston.
