Made an order last night and the delivery driver never delivered the food. Common sense would have you think that he would leave the food with the front desk staff at my building, but when I went to ask the front desk staff, they had no clue about any food delivery…because I prepaid with my card, there was a lack of effort in delivering my food. I ordered $43 worth of food and got nothing. I go the next day to talk to the owner which was a 40 minute drive. He didn’t believe me and refused to give me a refund. I’m upset I paid a lot of money for food I didn’t receive. I trusted my girlfriend when she mentioned this place as a spot to order food from, but never again. The owner was rude, the delivery driver lacked common sense. No wonder they have a very bad rating overall. Place is a scam

I ordered a biagio salad from the biagios in Wayne, NJ with extra oil and vinegar and only chicken, mozzarella, and eggplant. The salad I got had that with onions, peppers, olives and tomatoes which the website does not specify. When I called the restaurant to correct the order, I received an attitude from the supposed manager on duty saying that salad comes with everything which the website does not specify. So I said they need to update their menu and I got the response of you need to order what you want it’s not my problem. I will never order from there again horrible service

These guys have one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in town. We were spoiled living in Hudson county where there is the best of every cuisine out there. But these guys are so close to our old favorite spot, that we have no reason to travel back to Hudson County to have great Italian food. Love these guys!!

I ordered from biagios on Monday at 9:07 and my food got to me at 11:40. I got my wisdom teeth pulled that day so I was seriously depending on that pasta because it was all I could eat with my medicine. When my food eventually got there I called to notify the manager that it had been so late and no answer. The following day when I called they said they won’t do anything for me since i wasn’t reporting it the same day although I called the day of and THEY didn’t answer. This isn’t the first time my food has came hours after. The food is good but they need more workers and better accommodations when they mess up

Small dining area, so it is mostly for picking up and delivery. It does have a small attached parking lot that is large enough to accommodate enough cars. The pizza is pretty good and send to have a good variety of other dishes to choose from.

I ordered from Biagios on Wednesday night at 830 pm and didn’t get my pasta and fried calamari until 11 pm. This is the second time this has happened and my food was cold both times by the time it got to me. My friends at William Paterson also had the same exact experience, multiple times. When I would call to see where my food was I would be put on hold and no one would ever come back. I will never eat here again and the people who work there and answer the phones are rude.

Good pizza. Standard pricing and had free parking. Takes credit cards and does deliveries. It is of the beaten path to get to. It has a small eating area inside the place but isn’t a restaurant, mostly for pickup or deliveries.

Foods pretty good but the service is awful. Takes at least an hour and half to deliver and if you call to pick up, they do not make the food until you are there picking it up so you are waiting another half hour at least. Also, the delivery driver is an older man who smokes and coughs over your food. Yumm…
