First of all the delivery driver plopped the bag down on the floor before taking the pizza out to hand it to me. When I opened the box I was excited because it looked delicious and it was. Until I got to the middle, it’s completely sealed to the box. I tried to get it off but it will not budge. Pretty bad experience.

Holy cow. As a former dominos employee I was shook by the environment I witnessed as a customer in this store. First thing I walk in and the line maker is Joking about nicotine breaks to a manager that clearly doesn’t allow them frequently enough and was rude to her in front of me. The cashier doesn’t greet me she looks up from all her hair and said “order name” after a good minute of quietly Messing with the computer. My order isn’t ready on time. Employees are standing around while others struggle. The employees are acting incapable saying “idk where this goes”. It was never like that working up on 70.

I ordered a couple pizzas on Super Bowl and wasn’t able to correct the time on the app, and called to correct it. Once I arrived at the time I wanted the pizzas, Carly, the manager made it right! We will return for repeat business as this location has great customer service and expedient service. It’s right off the freeway and it tells me that management is very sound all the way to the CEO of the company in my opinion, because greatness trickles down all locations.

This is the view for the last 30min as we waited for our pizza that we ordered online 54 min ago. Not sure what happened, but this is the longest we have ever waited for a pizza. Ruined our plans and timeline as we were just driving through on a road trip. Also concerning that two other customer orders were messed up in the time we were waiting… they offered a credit for the pizzas because it took so long.

I don’t even write reviews but this is literally the worst dominos in town, i order often from the one off university n roadrunner n never have any issues.. I always try to give this one a chance since it’s the closest to me for delivery n always regret it ♀️ Also had to put the cheese dip back in the oven cause it wasn’t melted all the way

Horrible over the phone ordering system. Orders over $40 require advance payment, which I completely understand. However, I was transferred to some stupid automated computer system to provide card info, then transferred back to the person in the store who asked more questions about my card, ie billing zip code. Completely insane. What normally would have taken one thinking human being to do (recieve an order for 2 large carryout pizzas) about 60 seconds, took over 5 minutes to complete the order. If Dominos is hiring workers who steal cards, that’s their problem. Service is more than half the reason customers return. I’m not returning to Dominos. There are plenty of other pizza places around.
