Driver was very polite but half order was missing. I called and talked to very nice lady that forwarded me to manager. She was very hard to understand and I explained what I was missing. She argued and said driver come and fix. 1.5 hours later, no driver. I called and unfortunately had to talk to manager again. Rude, argued and said they fix next time no refunds, even though only got 1/2 order, and hung up on me. I ate food I essentially paid double for and spent the rest of the evening sick. Terrible business. I should have read reviews.don’t eat here

I’m never going here again, you’re getting over charged people. Check your receipt against the menu prices. They over charged me $2.25 and refused to let me use the coupon that they just mailed out. They just right out lied and I’m calling the BBB on them along with not honoring a valid coupon and then charging a different price then posted. They’ve been doing this a while and it’s going to stop now. Do yourself a favor, go to CJ Chan’s which is right there and tastes so much better and doesn’t do sneaky underhanded illigal things.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! my fiancé and I got sweet and sour chicken and chicken lo mein on Thursday night and we have been sick with FOOD POISONING ever since. It got so bad that we couldn’t stop throwing up we had to go to the hospital to get fluids because we were so dehydrated and they had to give us 4 different types of medication to try to kill the bacteria that has infected us and we are still so sick today on Sunday. If you don’t want to get the most sick you ever have been in your life then don’t eat here.

STAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!! I had the worst FOOD POISONING of my life. My fiancé and I had this Thursday night for dinner and 24 hours later we both were so sick. Intense vomiting and diarrhea. I know it was from here %100 because it was the only thing we both ate together all week and we have the same symptoms. It is not worth the risk to eat here. I would not recommend under any circumstance.

I am not one to wright a revue but I have ordered lunch from this restaurant every Wednesday for the last 4 weeks. I always order the same thing Lunch Special Szechuan Chicken with fried rice. I also request that the vegetables not be over cooked, a little crunchy. No one in the restaurant can speak enough English to understand anything you try to tell them!! Every Chinese Restaurant that I have eaten at, you get the lunch Special along with soup or egg roll, you will not get any of that here. If you would like soup or egg roll you will need to pay extra. On the second week I ordered just a small Hot & Sour Soup. When they handed it to me I asked if I could have some crackers with the soup and she said that would be another $1.00 per pack! So please remember if you get soup, you must pay extra for the crackers!! My last visit was today, I ordered the same Szechuan Chicken with fried rich and as if they could add shrimp. She said it would be $1.00 per large shrimp or 2 small for $1.00. So I said 2 small would be fine and please don’t over cook the vegetables? Well The vegetables were very over done and the shrimp was so small it was smaller that bate for fishing. I feel that I have given this restaurant a fair chance and at this point I will not be back! I love CJ Chan Chinese & Japanese Cuisine in Moraine but the are closed on Wednesday so if anyone knows of another place to try please post it in this review!!

We have consistently had wonderful food from here. Their delivery is super quick (usually within 25 minutes; we’re 2.5 miles away). The Mongolian pork is absolutely amazing. Pot stickers and crab Rangoon are always on point. Beef lo mein, chicken chow mein, and hunan beef are also favorites.

The employee that takes the order is very rude. And the prices are way to expensive for what you get. They used to be a lot better with way better prices and friendly service. I’m very disappointed in the last couple times we ordered from here. They definitely need to get better service on the phone!
