Very dissatisfied with the “service” we received. If you’re in customer service, then it is obvious that being rude or curt is not what invites repeat business. The guy at the window clearly felt that his time was being wasted by the tone of his voice. Once we pulled up to the window, he could be heard yelling at another employee. No name badge. None on the receipt either. We were charged for adding bacon & did not get it on the burger. Never been to a Hardee’s before & don’t plan on returning.

I’ve been here multiple times over the last few months and each time my order has been wrong in some way and the person at the drive through can never seem to understand me even when I’m shouting my order out the window on a clear sunny day. Food is normally ok as long as you order inside but seriously don’t bother with the drive thru.
