Absolutely not 9 feet of clearance! Completely scratched the top of my van and broke my brake light. Shame on this establishment for having misleading signs posted everywhere. When you are in a tall vehicle 9 feet of clearance is much different than 8 feet 3 inches. The owner should contact me and offer reimbursement for damages.

I have come to this location several times being that it’s so close to home. But every time I come I have had nothing but problems and bad customer service. They look at you and make your fault. Unprofessional staff and they make you wait 20 minutes or longer. Not a happy customer. This will be my last time I come here to this location.

This used to be my favorite Sonic until I started getting rude and unprofessional customer service. Their manager Alicia is very rude and doesn’t care about her customers or resolving issues. She told me they don’t carry the flavor “watermelon” but it’s still listed on the menu. They were also out of ice cream. This is an ongoing and re-occurring issue! It seems to me that their staff is too lazy. If they keep up their attitude and poor customer service, they’ll definitely lose business. I don’t feel comfortable going back to this store! I’ll just go to the Sonic’s in Santa Fe where I am receiving excellent service!

Drove into a stall they took about 5 monitors to tell us the stalls were closed and we had to go to the drive thru. Then we ordered and got to the window and they said we were waiting on fresh fries and this is all the fries we got. They were not thrown in the bag we didn’t eat any on the way home. You can see a bit inside the bag that there’s no fries thrown. This is very annoying to get home to and not even find your fries thrown in the bag.
