Waited 5 minutes in the drive-thru after placing my order. I waited another 15 minutes after paying for my sandwich. They were completely backed up on orders with at least 5 people working. I love their unwiches, and I will continue to go there, but freaky fast should not be their slogan!

Arrived about noon and placed our order. Music was so loud had to repeat several times. Several young people working and no evidence of management or leadership. Food was slow but tasty. Overall they were rude, unorganized, and more interested filling their drink cups that assisting customers. Thing is there are not many other options in this small town. A shame really because this location should be a goldmine!

The food is good, but I recommend if you are getting delivery that everyone order cold sandwiches because “Freaky Fast Delivery” is not an option at this location, probably due to staffing. Plan accordingly (expect it to take at least an hour) or pick up at the store.

Worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. 1/ no hustle at all. 2/ light on all ingredients. 3/ they use 1-2 day old bread. 4/ they can’t get an order right to save their lives. 5/ every ask is met with an eye roll.

Placed an order online at 9:55 am for delivery at 10:30 am to a location about 3-4 minutes away. Still no food by 10:45, called and let it ring for at least 90 seconds before hanging up. Called back again at 10:55 and the person that answered told me the delivery driver had JUST left. Poor communication and extremely slow service, but at least the food I received was what I ordered.

The 2 people working tonight were so amazing!! I had a big order and They took extra time to label everything, and were very friendly! He made really nicely looking arrangements for the pickle buckets too! I brought it home and everything was perfect and how it was supposed to be, EXCEPT, why, why Why when we say extra extra extra onion don’t people understand that you want a lot of onions? The guy that was in their cut up a whole onions special for me! I don’t think the gal that was working there understood That I truly wanted a lot. So I was disappointed in mine but everybody else loved theirs and they still did a really superior job.
