Went yesterday and had to pull over and wait for 10 chocolate munchkins and a pint of ice cream. Still didn’t let that deter me because maybe they were busy , even thought I was the ONLY car there and like one customer inside that I can see from the drive through. Went back today but this time I used my mobile app so that I can get my order sooner, long story short I had a frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream and caramel drizzle instead they gave me just a plain frozen coffee. I proceeded to show them my order and how it was suppose to be made yet they told me I was wrong and that those options weren’t selected when CLEARLY IT SHOWS IT ON MY ONLINE ORDER. Even after I showed them they didn’t want to fix it until they charged me extra to add the whip cream and still didn’t put the caramel drizzle. I advise no one to go to this establishment and I’ve heard bad things about them previously but I wanted to see for myself but trust me I won’t be going back.

This place is hit & miss. There is something off about this location. When I started going to this location, the workers purfumes would be so strong it would cling to everything. You could even taste it in the coffee. I guess that person is no longer there. I also think they are clumsy (or deliberate), but the coffee cups are always beat up. Which makes the tops not sit correctly so it leaks. This is every cup, every time. The cooked food, like the hasbrowns always seem to be re-warmed. You know how potatoes after they are reheated, Yuck! Not really sure if this is an all the time thing for this location. I only go occasionally anyway so I keep giving them chances. But I think its time to just go elsewhere.

It’s 7am, I’m trying to get my day started and I live a walk away from this location. Perfect, right? Wrong. The last few mornings I have walked over, the door has been locked and the people inside gave me a hard time about even wanting to buy coffee from them without having a car to use the drive thru. I am not sure if it is the policy of this store to let the people inside decide to unlock the front door literally whenever they feel like it, or if it is just the laziness of the staff. But know before you walk over that they rudely discourage walk in customers early in the morning.

The team at the Oak Park Madison Street location are the secret! They are incredibly friendly and efficient. They are helpful and understanding when I have my son there, who can be a mess and a handful. When he fell from his chair, they gave him a couple of consolation munchkin donut holes and his tears disappeared in no time at all! They’re patient when he spills orange juice and never make us feel like a burden. They’ll get my business again and again!

I’m hoping that someone one in ownership of the Dunkin in Oak Park, IL on Madison sees this. Almost everytime I come to this location there is always something. If it’s not the employees having quarrels with each other right in front of customers, it’s the rude condescending attitudes of the workers. Today, 3/30/23 at approximately 7:15pm in the drive thru the person was such a jerk I didn’t even order.

I can’t lie, I love Dunkin Doughnuts Coffee. It is truly the most consistent fast food place. In my opinion better than almost every other place like the one that misspells your name on your coffee cup. Today I found my experience especially pleasant. I was quick through the drive through in spite of four other cars in line. The cashier was well groomed and pleasant. Keep up the great work dunkin employees around the world.

It’s hot. Get a cool treat at Baskin Robbins 21 flavors. Everyday favorites like mint chocolate chip, butter pecan and rocky road. We tried the Lime Sorbet, Turtle and Mint chocolate chip. Kiddie scoops are less than $2. Regular scoops $3.50. Ice cream was great, service not so… This is a Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins in one, so rated for all around experience. No warm welcome, No service at the ice cream counter and not knowing the “rules” of ordering at the Dunkin register as all staff tended to drive through.
