Fast delivery! We ordered the double deal with mozzarella sticks. Food came super fast (we were on 18th street so pretty close). Pizza was so good, mozzarella sticks were great super hot and crispy. We will definitely use Pizza Mambo again when we come back down to OC.

We ordered at this place at 1am after a long drive here ….after 1 hour we called he said hey the driver is 15 min away after another 45 min we called he said he could not find you at best western i said we are not at best western we are at Ashore he said ok. The owner hangs up and call back at 3 and said we did not answer the phone so he is sending out money back we had zero calls from driver. Then he proceeds to say my driver has 4 other orders id rather lose you than the other. Poor service

I just can’t relate to the one-star reviews of this place. The pizza we got was soft and chewy, seasoned with herb (I’m guessing oregano) and with a thin crust. It tasted delicious and the cheese and tomato sauce made a wonderful combo. There was something missing in the texture of the fries – it might have been crispiness, but they were just about perfectly salted which for the most part distracted me from that. Their pizza is excellent though. My girlfriend said the wings were okay but she liked the bleu cheese (which is saying a lot).

We ordered a chicken cheesesteak and the lady who took the order In wrong after repeating it 3 times back to me. We received the order and it was wrong so we called back to get the right one. She said they were fixing the order and sending us a new one and we would get it in like 30 minutes. Well an hour went by so I called again. She then put me on hold and put a man on the phone I assumed to be a manager or owner. He said “your delivery was delivered” I said I know and I got sent the wrong sandwich so she said and hour ago she was sending us a new one and it’s still not here. Then he put us on hold and she picked up and hung up on me. So I called back, all I wanted was the right food. She answered and when I said idk what happened I got disconnected she hung up on me again … so I called back again. She answered and immediately gave the phone to the guy again and I said all I wanna know is if the right sandwich is coming. He said do u have the old one. And yea when it got here it wasn’t even temperature hot still cause it came 40 min later and they really took the old one back.

I ordered a pizza at 6:30pm…The driver called at 7:40, saying that “I might arrive, but I might not arrive because of the weather”. I was assuming that if he can`t reach us, he will give us a call and let us know. Yes, it was a storm that started at 7:30 and ended at 8:10ish, but we ordered that at 6:30, an h before the storm. At 8, we call Pizza Mambo again to double check if it’s coming or not. The girl who answered said “Don`t worry, pizza will be there”. I said, Okay, kind of worried. At 9:40ish, I call again, asking about the order, The girl was very nice and told me that she doesn`t know what happened with the order because she remembers placing it for me. I told her that I`m not mad at her, but this is not a good way of doing business. At least it was cash. Just for comparison, we called Four Seasons Pizza at 9, and at 9:37, we already had the order in my hand. And the driver apologized for the delay—just imagine, he apologized for a delay of what? The order took 37 minutes of cooking, preparing, and delivering.

Very disappointed. Got the double deal. Got extra cheese and pepperoni on the other pie. Asked for extra cheese, but didn’t get it. There was like 10 slices of pepperoni on the whole pie. Pizza tasted like a better version of Ellios frozen pizza. Order did arrive on time.

Wings are great, but pizza was horrible, unless they gave me a pizza that had been sitting there for a few days, cuz that’s how it tasted. Very disappointed as we had been here before a few years ago and everything was great! The front counter staff seemed less than thrilled to be there as well.
