Lately I have been unsatisfied with the pizzas here. I pay for extra stuff and do not get it. Rather its extra cheese or even stuffed crust. Stuffed crust is never stuffed! Extra cheese asked for and theres never extra cheese!

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. But I’ll have to settle for the 1. PLEASE speak with the Owner of this location. It’s the only one actually located in our small town. I received the tracking notice via text that my order was on the way. I waited 45 minutes. I called the store and I was told it was out for delivery. I waited another 20 minutes. I called back and he stated the driver called me multiple times and left a voicemail. I assured him that there were no missed calls and no voicemail. He said there was nothing he could do about it. Then the Manager got on the phone. He called himself “Max” and began to integrate me. I assured him that I was not lying. He asked me to look outside the door. And I asked him why would I need to do that? Obviously I want my order but now I want a refund. He began to giggle. As if this were a game to him. I did receive my refund. But this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this one and only location in town. However, it’s the second and the last time I’ll be ordering from them. I’d rather drive to Duncanville and spend my money there.

I visited my God-mother this weekend with the twins. She order us pizza, 2 large pizza’s one meat lovers and one supreme. With a mini parmesan cheese shaker. The guy didn’t have the cheese and my pizza was cold. I asked if he had an extra in car and he rudely stated that he don’t carry them. We don’t order pizza a lot but when we do we thought PIZZA HUTS was the spot to be. I called the place and they told me they would credit my account for the cheese but nothing for the cold pizza. ♀️Never again

They delivery guy was rude. He was an old wrinkle man to be specific at the cedar hill Texas location. He came late then he wasn’t going to speak until I spoke to him first. The the boxes were smashed up. Then when he told me the total he said about $50 instead of saying the exact amount. Then he was like plus a tip and I gave him $50 and he was like oh you don’t have enough money for a tip. He was extremely rude I felt unpleasant. I like the sammy guy way better than the old man. The old man is always rude when he delivers my food.

AWESOME PIZZA!! We got the picture delivered to our home by the nicest guy in the delivery business. Seriously, The super supreme pizza looked like the picture! Obviously made by someone who cared how we would feel about our meal! Quality is very often in the little details and they did everything perfectly. For instance, 1. Having enough toppings is usually the number one greatest challenge for pizza places. 2. The second is being underover cooked. I stopped eatting bought pizzas for years because it wasnt worth the money. With gritted teeth we opened the box and it was like finding gold. The fist thing I wanted to do was grab a slice and dig in while my wife wanted to grab the phone to take a pic. There’s no pic because I won. THANK YOU TO THE PROFESSIONAL who made our dinner. We absolutely LOVED IT and will be back!!

Ordered a pizza at 9:30pm on a Monday night that was supposed to be deliver by 10pm pizza went out for delivery at 9:55. At 11 pm still no pizza. I called and the person who answered told me there was nothing he could do about it that the driver had several deliveries before mine. So I guess the first delivery gets hot fresh pizza and the last does not but we pay the same price?? Then received a call from the driver that his gps couldn’t find my address but have ordered and had pizza delivered to my address from same location several times in the last few months?! I get people are short handed but you don’t deliver multiple locations so that someone gets a 2 hour old pizza. very rude guy that answered the phone when I called to ask about my pizza he told me there was nothing he could do because they only had one driver and my pizza should be warm and to call back if it wasn’t. problem is the Store closed 10 min after the delivery driver called to say he couldn’t find my house and I still had no pizza and no way to get my money back . Store did not answer when I tried calling back at 10:52pm and they close at 11pm. Zero Customer service ! Deliver driver was at least polite when he called.

Carry out is alot better than delivery I stop going for over a year cause the last delivery dude called me a Bit!! And my husband chased him so we decided to give them another try but I will never do delivery again!!! The Melts are good!!
