I placed a mobile order. However, I didn’t realize they gave me the wrong order until I had left the restaurant. I turned around and returned the wrong order. I had to wait for them to fix my correct order, and they still did not fix it right. I asked for ketchup, which was included in my mobile order. I was told it was in the bag. I looked in the bag, and there was no ketchup. When I told the employee that there was no ketchup in the bag, she angrily passed me the ketchup. Normally, this location is one of the better locations, but I had a bad experience today.

This place is unacceptable. Ordered a McDouble with Big Mac sauce; got none of that. I received a cheeseburger with remnants of cheese, no pickles, Big Mac sauce or any condiments. I wish I could give a half star. The bun was solid, so after one bite, I threw the sandwich away. Love how I was still charged my meal. I feel like i was shafted at least $2. Very disappointing. I hope management understands feedback and learns from mistakes, but judging by these other reviews, I just don’t see it. Buyer beware.

It’s McDonald’s, what else can be said. Buns are kind of stale, cheese wasn’t melted and beef patty was luke warm. Fries are hit or miss, sometimes you get fresh hot fries, sometimes you get cool mushy fries.

Ripped me off. Online and the side of the building says open till 11 but they locked their doors after 7. I couldn’t pick up my mobile order. No one would pick up the phone or come to the door. I’m just out 15 dollars. I walked over from work, I can’t use my vehicle to leave the premises.
