I probably won’t be back to longhorn for awhile. Me and my wife spent most of our lives in the services industry and I was extremely underwhelmed. We came In at 1230 and didn’t leave until 230pm. We had our complete drink, app, and food order ready when we sat down and it took us 2 hours to get out. Our food was wrong, our drinks were late, and we were checked on maybe twice. We both got filet’s and had to send one back because our medium filet was a hockey puck. Spend money on a non chain, high end restaurant if you are going out to eat. 110$ for some of the worst service I’ve had.

Food was delicious. David, the manager, Omar, our waiter and our hostess were very pleasant and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend Longhorn Steakhouse. Loaded Potato soup and chicken sandwich and stuffed mushrooms were out of this world good.

Well I sent my steak back ordered med was raw in the middle. Baked potato had been heated up a few times. Chopped salad was not a chopped salad. Just big pieces of romaine. Not what I was use to getting at Longhorn

Food was wonderful. The service sucked! We sat there needing drinks, bread and butter and not checked on. This is the fourth time we’ve had problems with Longhorn in Lady Lake. Either bad service or the steak is tough. Will not go back! Everyone has recommended Texas Roadhouse. Will go there next time!

Service was terrible, they were not busy, but I had to ask for ice 3 times for my “warm” ice tea. It was my birthday and our waitress asked if I wanted dessert, saying it was free so I ordered cheesecake but was never told that the cheesecake was not a birthday freebie. She gave us 2 different receipts and when she looked at it, she said the more expensive receipt was ours even though the lesser one was exactly what we ordered.

I have to be honest, this is THE best chain or any restaurant that I’ve been to in a LONG time. The service was Outstanding, the food was HOT and delicious. We didn’t have to ask to anything. This is what you look for when dining out. You want a stress free experience and that’s what we got. Tanyanna (our server) was very attentive, friendly, and definitely deserves recognition. The manger was even nice enough to stop by all of the tables to make sure that all guests were happy. I hope that the every time we come we receive this type of service. We’re looking forward to coming back.
