Best Dunkin in the area, cleanest, always polite, never gets the order wrong. They are fast and efficient. Bathroom is always clean. They also have ice cream and ice cream cakes. Definitely the only Dunkin in the area that is really way better than the others.

Owner had such an attitude. I’ve gotten milkshakes from there before (last week as a matter of fact) and they never charged me for whipped cream. But because I picked a flavor ice cream, they didn’t have it, I said I have to look, she got annoyed and then after the guy put the whipped cream on, she told him that she’s charging me $1 per milkshake. I’m not cheap but like I’ve said I’ve NEVER had to pay an extra $1 per milkshake when I already spent $14 on 2 small milkshakes.

This place used to be great, now it’s a disaster. They mix up the orders very often, not to mention the bad temper of the employees, the lack of training and the disgusting appearance of the tables, the floor and the entire parking lot is a disaster.

Im always missing items or they’ll just give me the wrong stuff. I placed my order 11:05 today and went pick it up 11:35. Half of order was in the middle of the counter just sitting there, the rest was missing. I asked for the missing donuts and bagels and they looked at me like I was crazy. Asked me to show them my order and went to get the stuff mumbling something and acting like I was causing problem. I’m just going to have to find a different store now.
