Should have read reviews first. Customer service is poor. Just stared at me until i ordered. Came in about 10am, store was empty, no one in drivethru. Every single table is dirty. It’s nearly 80 degrees outside, and yet hotter inside. No AC going. I left to sit in my car because it isn’t as uncomfortable. I’ll find another place to work from now on. I do love the Dunkin Midnight coffee though, that’s the only positive.

I specifically asked for less ice. The picture is after taking three sips.if I’m paying close to $5 for a drink I want it to be more liquid than ice.

This Dunkin may have recently been bought out, but my order is wrong or incorrectly cooked every single time. My go-to drink is Nitro Cold Brew, it literally should come from a tap there is no customization, and 3/4 times I end up with an iced coffee or standard cold brew which cost less. They insist its nitro but it’s not. I got a ham croissant and the middle was cold. A side of bacon and it wasnt fully cooked. It’s actually a little insane how they are messing up simple items. I tried another local location, it must be owned by the same people because same thing. Don’t bother.

We had really bad service at this location. They took a very long time to take our order and we needed to repeat ourselves 3-4 times for every drink. Before confirming the order we decided to change a drink and we were told that we would need to pay for it since it had already been made. A very frustrating experience.

Bought 4 dozen donuts early this morning. My coworkers and I all agreed that most of the donuts felt and tasted old. Not fresh like they say they should be. The manager would not do anything about it but show me the packaging slip from the morning delivery of donuts. Never going back to this location.

I will never come again customer service is horrible. The people there are lazy. They make you wait in the Drive-Thru forever. And their food their taste nasty. Highly recommend you to go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts. Don’t waste your time here

Usually go here every morning before work & order the same thing. Went earlier this week and they completely ruined my meal. 2 people I had never seen there since I’ve been going. My drink had caramel dripping down the cup bc they put the wrong lid on it. My hash browns were undercooked, still cold. My sausage was nearly frozen. And my croissant wasn’t toasted. Reached out to customer service for at minimum a replacement since none of my food was edible and Daniela’s response was “I’m sorry for your experience, I will work with the team to have better service” …thanks for nothing. Even though this location is on my way to work, I don’t mind going out of my way in the future. This place will not get my money again!

If I could rate it lower I would. I wait forever whether in store or in drive through. This should be a quick and easy process. They never have doughnuts. Every time I use the app there’s a problem with receiving the item free that I clearly show I have available to use. The customer service needs improvement. I do not recommend this location.
