Service was good. The bowls had the normal portions. Found that there may need additional needs for staff, as they were multitasking, which led to my wife’s order done first and I was served 6 minutes later. The first attendant was also serving online orders.

I got the noodles (dry) not done. The pepper steak was very over seasoned. The chicken mushroom was good. Overall it was okay. I will try it again, had to be a bit of a rough day. Just like fast food burger places it seemed drive through was more important than dine in. I had to wait and counted 11 cars go by window before I was even asked what I wanted. I stood at the counter for over 10 min. I guess it was good I was not in a hurry. Sorry but it is the truth.

Definitely not worth the $11 I just paid such small portions don’t waste your time go somewhere else and get a hearty meal for $11 Only given it the two because the food was lukewarm but the shrimp were good. Don’t forget about the dollar in 25 extra for four shrimp. Cheat you out your money.

Third time in 5 months that I go into this Panda Express to get the Angus beef and the sizzling shrimp with broccolini and they keep serving it with green beans. Talk about being cheap…. they serve 5 small cuts of the beef and serve you 5 shrimps….. they actually count them and still have the audacity to cut more cost by serving green beans instead of broccolini…. when I ask the manager why is this…. she said ” we ran out”. I finally snapped and asked ” why has it been 5 months and you still haven’t order broccolini. Stop false advertising and put up new pictures of the right food you serve and I’m paying for.” There is an upcharge for the beef and shrimp yet I’m not getting the items as advertised. Green beans are cheaper than broccolini so mark your price down, since you are not paying for the vegetable offered on your marketing….and don’t bounce back telling me I’m paying for the meat….. NOPE…. I’m paying for the entire image you promote in your advertising, yet getting robbed by your company. Bunch of liars falsely advertising.

I stop by to get my lunch and this young lady Ilory was very rude she has no maners and I don’t know how she is been assigned to work with customers, she has no respect whatsoever and I have no idea what is her problem but she should not bring her issues to her work place. The other members are working hard and she stays as a cashier with a serious face and been very unprofessional. I would never come back to this place because of her I prefer to drive a little bit farther than been in the restaurant again.

Went in for dinner tonight. Only 1 person ahead of us. We waited 10 minutes for someone to help us and nobody came. There were 2 people hanging out in the drive thru and 3 people standing at the register the whole time. The gentleman cooking was very nice and was asking the manager to help. She literally told him no and began belittling the cook. The cook apologized to us for the wait but the manager didnt do anything that help then she disappeared outside to talk on her phone. We left still with no service.

Did a mobile order, arrived at the time that I was told to arrive by. Food was not ready was advised in drive thru to come in and get it in 5 minutes. Parked and went inside, not busy only about 4 customers in the restaurant with many more employees. Was told order still isn’t ready as they are making the Beef and broccoli.. I ordered 3 entree plate, 2 being beef and 1 beef and broccoli. Finally was given my plate after another 5 minute wait. They seal the bag with a sticker on a mobile order.
