Need to edit my review. Went through drive through and ordered my food, got down the road and stopped in a parking lot to get sons food ready when I realized they didn’t give me my fries, so turned around to get them. When I got to the window instead of being told we will get them for you right away, the person wanted to argue and tell me she put them in the bag. Finally she went to get them and by the time we got them the food was cold. I didn’t appreciate being called a liar and not sure if I will be back again.

Not impressed with the a&w in trf. Dining area dirty, no paper towels in bathroom, employees behaving unprofessional, on their phone talking loud while walking around seating area and behind the counter. As we leave we mentioned that whoever stocks the bathrooms the women’s need towels. They didn’t understand.

I enjoy most of the a&w food alltogether just the taste of the burgers and flavor of the appetizers. they usually have some different menu options with the cod and alo have the new beyond Burger for the non meat lovers

Just lowered my review to one star, usually like the food but tried to go there today about 1145 sat in the drive thru behind a couple cars for about 20 minutes. And no one moved. The car in front of me left I left soon after. The pickup sitting at the speaker was still there. Drive by there was a couple in there making out (what the hell only in TRF). And apparently you weren’t open kinda sucks because there are very few places to go on a Sunday in this town

Delicious burgers and fries, but if it’s busy it’s very slow. I’ve never gotten a wrong order or missed items here, and the service is usually fairly quick. Occasionally tho, if the drive thru is busy you’ll stand waiting on your food inside for 30 minutes after ordering. I don’t know if they are that short staffed or they need a better system but that could definitely be better. All in all, the food is tasty and the prices are decent

Good food, nice staff. The staff isn’t very organized though. Not much direction from leadership either. Too many teens, once it gets busy, they just stand around talking about it being busy rather than cooking the food. We waited 30 minutes for our food. I heard a young girl many times tell others that cheese curds needed to be put down, but everyone just stood around talking about how much needed to be done instead

Floats were very good but the food was bland.Fries were cold and appeared and tasted LIKE they were dropped in the Fryer twice. I asked for fresh fries. Manager did confront her team about the error and gave me 2 free meal combo cards.

Came here at 336pm to eat was refused service as they said changing crews. Five people behind the line, don’t know what problem is. Must be nice to turn away customers that as a franchise you have so much money. There were six of us. I won’t be back took my money elsewhere. Horrible experience, Horrible customer service .

Had to wait 30 minutes for food, took 2 people to understand a order. When we pulled up to the window people standing around talking. I got raw fries after they claimed there hot they just got out. My dad’s burger didn’t had a burger on it. It’s ridiculous that it’s considered fast food when it’s so slow.
