The last time I visited this particular location, I was very disappointed with the food. I mentioned how small the chickens were and that the inside was closed. I was very hesitant on visiting this location but I’m glad I did, the customer service was great, the chicken moist, beans and coleslaw delish. The new birria burritos were a disappointment, that was an easy pass. Just get the combos or burritos.

Ordered through the drive thru, stated my order properly and went to pay and pick up. My order was totally incorrect after letting them know two times what I was ordering. From my observation, he looked to occupied flirting with coworker. Had to reverse back for a spoon, he acted like I was bothering him. Usually don’t get this service from here but most of been one of those days.

Made the mistake of coming here….waited 25mins for a mobile pick up that should have been ready. Guacamole was disgusting.. terrible service and food! Won’t be back!! And to top it off we found a bone in one of our burritos!!!

There is an incompetent drive-through team at this Pollo Loco (and many others) that never gets the sauces requested correctly. 95% of the time, I mistakenly receive pico de gallo when I specifically request red hot spicy sauce. Please train your staff on basic salsa terminology!

I got a four piece chicken dinner and there was not one piece of meat that you can actually eat because it was so dried out. Unbelievable that they have people working there and don’t care what the food tastes like.

This is NOT the EPL to visit. EVERY task the staff performs is a MAJOR issue. Their attitudes are VERY UNWELCOMING!!!!!! My Wife & I will visit the EPL on Schafer & Euclid in Chino from here on out. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

I was there on the drive thru. When I get to order they says certain things on the menu are not being made (of course what I wanted) so I settled for a POLLO bowl…well let me tell you, it’s not a pollo bowl, its a rice and beans bowl. Very disappointed I got chicken scraps

Chicken was bland, No seasoning and not properly grilled. It was more like steamed chicken . Very sad looking Loco Salad, Disappointing. Staff seemed in a bad mood. Must be poorly managed.

I can tell that the employees are fairly new because they didn’t acknowledge people who came up to the register or counter. They were busy working hard, but ignoring the customers isn’t good. When they did finally come to take our order, the girl was very sweet and hospitable. The chicken is always good. We got the 2 person meal. The churros were a little overdone. And there was hardly any dressing on the side salads. We had to ask for utensils and napkins, again, I think it’s because they are new employees. The tables needed to be cleaned, too. We didn’t ask for anything else because of the waiting for them to acknowledge our presence. Again, they were really hustling to handle everything, so it didn’t bother me too much. Will we go back? Definitely. They just need to get the hang of it all and I’m sure they will.
