Ordered using their website at 6:54 pm. Promise time of 7:34pm. At 8:10pm, 40 minutes after promise time, I have to call the location to find out where our food is just to be told the driver left 20 minutes ago. When we receive the food, the driver appologizes for the delay saying he is not the normal delivery driver. We received the food and upon opening the pizza box, find out it is missing 1/4 of the cheese. So, nearly 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting for a 30 minute promise time just to receive a portion of what we ordered. Either be ontime with a portion of the food or delayed with the complete order, not both. If you’re going to be late, CALL THE CUSTOMER. Very disappointed. Also, this is not the first time with this location. We have ordered pick-up in the past just to find out they made a vegitarian lovers instead of a meat lovers. We were told we were “put on a list” for a free one next time, but that was just a lie. Left 2 stars on the atmosphere assuming their atmosphere matched their service and their product at 1-2 stars.

So glad Marco’s is the pizza right by my work. It is always hot and tasty, employees are friendly, and delivery and pick up have both been timely. The only thing that ever happened was 1 ranch left off my order. But I will only note it and still say five stars because overall they have been great. Will definitely keep getting pizza from here.

Tried to provide feedback as requested. The link just takes me to the order page, with no place to provide feedback. Pretty clever. Pizza was great as usual. Couple of minor issues. My wife ordered the pizza at 605 for a 625 pickup. She got a message saying it would be ready at 625. Got there at 620, but didn’t walk out until 653. Also, they’re currently running a 30% off menu price for pizzas. Evidently it only applies to one pizza. Please update the ad to note it only applies to one pizza. Minor issues as long as the pizzas are good, and they were.

3 times in a row: 1) 2 pizzas ordered, one looks like it was dehydrated and sitting out for hours. When you have 2 pizzas, it’s easy to see the difference between them. 2) Their ordering system online didn’t record the payment and the delivery driver accused us of not paying, even though we paid and provided a generous tip. 3) if you get a FREE cheesy bread, good luck getting it! I had it on my account and the app/browser would not let me add it. Called the store after the order and was told by someone that they would add it. Didn’t get it. Called and talked to Amber, the General Manager (apparently)…lip service. Customer service is hit and miss. The ‘company’ has a standard that individual stores can’t live up to.

Great service here. Our pizzas were made to order as we waited, which was not long. They use fresh ingredients which made the pizzas delicious. The salad was really good, but the portion size is so small, just enough for two.
