Very poor customer service! The morning person is very rude, we pay extra tip! But when he is there in the morning , we definitely don’t tip him, because of his rude attitude! He asked for extra couple of dollars ! Because we asked him to give us thigh pieces as that’s what we actually prefer!! We are paying the amount! On top of that he asked extra dollars because we asked for thigh, terrible behaviour! Be careful this guy who work in the front desk in the morning is very bad !! If he asks for extra money don’t give him !!!

Ordered the 3 piece whiting fish combo. Customer service is really good and the workers are polite. The fish was a little too salty for my taste but the food was fresh and hot! Recommend over the other Kennedy Chicken places any day.

Unfortunately the food didn’t match the customer service which was nice. After reaching the center of my chicken I acknowledged that my second piece of chicken was undercooked & the skin to my first piece of chicken was very hard, the fries also didn’t have much taste. The location was also clean & there pink lemonade was amazing thank you!

Food quality is so cheap, and it doesn’t taste good at all. We got chicken tenders and they were incredibly salty and the fried chicken was dripping in oil. The sandwiches we order were also very bad. They lacked flavor and they just tasted like reheated cafeteria food. There are too many of these places in NYC and their quality is dwindling by the day.

I’m sure they would be a good place if their employees spoke English. The store name has “fried chicken” in its name. I requested a 3 pc chicken meal, instead I got fish. They refused a refund and was extremely rude when I asked for a replacement or refund. I will never go back

Great fries, wings are kinda mid but polite service. It did take a bit to get my order but it was fine anyways. Some crazy guy came in though and creeped out me and my friends but the employees handled it well.
