I love the Ramon but you have to be sitting in the restaurant to get what you ask for. When ordering for delivery I never get what I ask for. This time I didn’t get my spicy oil (which is mandatory for Ramon) or chop sticks to even eat it with. Just gets disappointing because I always tip really well.

Me and my wife just ate here 2 days ago and have not stopped vomiting since with bad stomach pain. We haven’t been able to eat anything. Something was not good in the ramen we ate.
