We came in here hungry after a morning of exploring the Porcupine Mountains. I had the southwest salad which was a perfect size to be nice and filling without being too heavy. It had a good amount of chicken and other yummy toppings. The kids each had chicken wing baskets and we shared a order of cheese curds. We ate every bit of it.

Just don’t. I have never had an omelet that I didn’t enjoy until today. First canned mushrooms do not belong in an omelet. The cheese was undescribable, cheese should be melted but this was a cross between a bad cheese soup and a block of non refrigerated cheese. The service was horrible, unfriendly, and when you spoke or asked a question you knew you were bothering them. I’m all about dives but do yourself a favor and skip this one. Seriously just skip.

Returning home to Minnesota we found a gem in Wakefield, Michigan…just East of 28 & 2….The ambience was fantastic…The waitress greeted the regulars by name. Nice wall hangings. The cook…a sister of the 2nd generation who have owned the restaurant came out and visited us…so wonderful …

Sat at the counter and no one bothered to serve us. A couple sat next to us and got served right away. We left. Super disappointment.

me and my friends went there to have a breakfast and all the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Also I ordered the french toast and there was a hair in my food. overall it was not a good experience and I would not come again.

Great Diner! While staying across the lake at the Sunday Lake Campground, we discovered this gem of a diner! Came for breakfast and did not leave hungry. Portions are generous and fairly priced. Highly recommend!
