Really cute spot for a quick bite or to sit and chat for a while. The food was tasty, and the hasbrowns were delicious, but there was a chunk of ham found in the vegetable omlette. The portions were pretty big for the reasonable price and the staff were all very friendly.

We drove 7 min off the interstate to get a healthier lunch and it was so worth it! The town is cute, and this cafe was a star. The main reason for the 5 star review is Andrew. We walked in with a 2 crying toddlers, and he immediately greeted us and gave an abbreviated overview of how ordering worked, directed us to the seating area and offered to bring our toddlers some fruit right away. He then, unprompted, brought us 3 books from their shop area to help entertain the kids, and offered we could borrow anything we need/want from the area. Wow! He looped back around to make sure we understood how to order; it’s definitely hard to think when a 4 year old is crying in your ear. Over the course of our meal, he was so attentive and helpful, anticipating our needs and offering help any time he sensed we needed it. What’s incredible is: this is not a place with wait service!!! It’s self-serve at the counter. I am blown away with the customer service. The food was good, exactly what we wanted (not standard grease-bucket fare, lots of fruit and fresh greens, delicious), and the shop area had some super cute stuff, but Andrew made the stop worthwhile. I only wish I could’ve tipped him directly!!

Honestly, the eggs felt very bland, and the hashbrowns had a weird mushiness to them. Paid 10$ for a tiny piece of chicken on a bun and $4 for tater tots. Over priced and way too hipster

Never had breakfast here before. Super Friendly Staff. The food was exceptional! Cinnamon Roll was to die for. Wow. We will be back. In fact, we decided this is the only place we will be eating breakfast when out to eat. Well Done!

Bernie’s grill is a great place for breakfast and lunch. They seem to be doing well. There was a line to wait to get in Sunday morning. Everything I had here was delicious. The clubhouse sandwich was great, but a bit odd without any ham. Or cheese. But it was delicious anyway and each place is allowed it’s own take on the CH sandwich.
