I went inside to order cause the drive through looked a little busy but it wasn’t too bad. The manager yells at this one girl to quit taking orders everytime she tries to even speak to them and makes her go do something else. She was very rude to her staff and didn’t want them to do their own job, there’s a difference between being a leader and being a bully. That manager needs to be talked to or moved to another store one. It’s pitiful to see staff get treated this way and them not be able to say anything back because the manager is power hungry.

I pulled up in a large commercial truck and didn’t realize the dining room was closed. My truck was too big to fit through the drive thru so they took my order at the front door and it was ready in less than two minutes. I’m happy they accommodated me because it was after midnight and virtually everything else was closed. Extremely friendly and helpful!

I have visited the drive thru meny times and the food was. Great but I had an interview the other day at 2 pm and sat in the dinning room for almost an hour waiting to be interviewed and the interview lasted maybe 3 minutes

I just ate there for lunch and had an amazing experience. The one that took my order was very polite and even went into detail between the two orders I could not decide on, and had my food ready quickly. This person I’m sure was also over the dining area which was impressively clean. You could tell that everyone there today was working professionally and as a team. I will be going back to this Taco Bell. The food quality was also better here than at other locations I have tried. Y’all need to give the cashier that took care of me a raise. Name on the ticket was MaKayla I ordered a nacho fry box and it was roughly between 11-11:15 am when I came in ☺️

Professionalism is nonexistent. It’s a ghost town and no one was at the cash register. I used the kiosk. The order was wrong even though they aren’t busy. This place sucks. I feel sorry for the owner. I suggest you hire a new manager or come take care of business yourself.
