(Sorry this was for the location on Arrow Hwy and Irwindale) A while back came through early morning around 5 am. I was told computers were down and cant take any orders. Really? No back up system in place? The next morning same time . Put an order in through drive through and went around to the window. My total was about $18 so I was pulling $20 from my wallet and it ripped in half. The cashier at the window refused to take it , company polisy he said, and wouldn’t take a larger bill, again company policy which I can get behind that last one. So basically I left to work hungry and passed off. The cashier was also very rude and he was acting as if he didn’t want to be there and I was bothering him. I know that is no how usually customer service is at Jack in the Box, however I avoid going there now whenever possible because of that experience. I go out of my way to a competitor that is 24 hours where I feel welcome.

You don’t expect much from a fast food joint but the staff at this Jack in the Box really went above and beyond to provide the best service I’ve ever had at a fast food place!
