This location was not terrible, but there is room for improvement. I only decided to take a picture of my breakfast and you can see the presentation was not up to par with many other locations. I can say the same for lunch as well. I ordered a Egg/Cheese Biscuit Meal for breakfast and a McDouble and Spicy Chicken Sandwich for lunch. I did request for my pickle to be taken out but it was left inside.

The service at the location is absolutely terrible. Two times in as many weeks it’s taken 30+ minutes to get my curbside order. I understand they’re busy, but when 20 cars get pushed through the drive thru when the people who had the forethought to order ahead are ignored and not given any sort of apology is ridiculous. They don’t even communicate that they’re behind, then they serve you cold food after wasting their customers lunch hour. I had 5o go inside to retrieve my cold, inedible meal and the entire time the manager is screaming at all the employees. The lack of care and professionalism is astounding, I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to another location to avoid frequenting this location again.

Absolutely horrible service. This McDonald’s somehow turned a 5 minute drive through experience into a 30 minute one. They got my meal wrong 3 times before handing me the correct items that were just sitting in the warmer!! I am completely blown away.

This blue shirt shift manager lady with black glasses, this morning on 8.11.23 at 815 in the morning, made the mistake of complaining that i called in to complain and have my order fixed, was talking about me calling in to complain that they messed up my order. What edicate should a manager have? Not to talk bad about people that pay your paycheck. I said over the phone i am at work and they probably would not let me get it fixed, because why? I am work. Didnt offer to understand i am at work and to take down my name. Little did she know i was able to leave and get it fixed just to walk in on her bad mouthing that i called to complain. She said” i havent even been here 15 minutes and this guy called into complain. ” little did she know i was standing at the counter and replied, ” yes i did.” The look on her fave was priceless. She went to the back of the store to get someone else to help me. News flash learn customer service edicate and dont talk about your customers that pay your paycheck. This person needs to be demoted and or severly re-trained. I am disgusted with this and now ban this mcdonalds from any of my future purchases. The food is great, its the management that needs an over haul.

I went through the drive-thru at about 2pm and typically I don’t partake in fast food of any sort, but I had a craving and if any of you get that feeling you know I had to go! Anyway! I was in and out of there FASSSST! The employees were super friendly and my order was fulfilled exactly how I wanted. This McDonald’s knows what they’re doing! Keep it up! And thank you so much!
