Love love going out here on Wednesdays for karaoke Cruise. They set out some appetizer type snacks and they have a bar on the upstairs deck which is lovely. The karaoke takes place down below and it is just so much fun. Plus you can’t lose, you get to see this beautiful sunset when you’re out there. The staff is just so wonderful

We had an amazing time on the Champagne Lady this week for a private event. From booking with Karen and Roxann, to interacting with Captain Charlie and his great crew, this was an all-around wonderful experience. The food buffet was a huge, delicious spread, the drinks were plentiful and strong, and the boat ride itself was just lovely. We saw the sunset, dolphins, toured the Bay, and got to see fireworks too! If I could rate it 10 stars I would. The whole experience was so special for our family, and we are already talking about booking this again for next year!

Very disappointing from start to finish. Left 30 minutes late returned 15 minutes early. Why do they ask you to get there 15 minutes early for them to run so late. Terrible food. 1/2 mile walk from parking to the boat, very dark walking on boardwalk with uneven old warped boards. Worst part was no cruising. Barely went into the gulf saw a few dolphins and returned to lagoon where the captain just idled the boat and turned it from side to side waiting for the fireworks. The only good part is that is wasn’t over crowded like most group trips on boats. I would not recommend this to anyone for any reason.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Bayside Resort and Spa Hotel and decided to book a cruise offered by the facility. Champagne Lady is within short walking distance (1/10 of a mile?) and they even offer transportation if there’s some type of disability. Immediately upon boarding the Cpt greeted us and provided standard safety rules. Ship was clean and with no mechanical issues. Alcohol and filling all you can eat appetizers are included on board. I was tremendously surprised by the Ship’s staff. Particularly with 2 young ladies named Emma, and Sarah. These two individuals went above and beyond to make sure my daughter (11) and I were comfortable and safe. They constantly checked on guests, provided entertainment, and kept an eye on whether for our safety. All while yielding a bright smile and a welcoming/relaxing atmosphere. They definitely deserve a substantial raise or bonus. This was the best experience of our trip to Panama Beach, by far. I HIGHLY recommend this crew and ship if you are in the area.
