Staff and food was good. I’m not sure how I feel about the kiosks. I used one to put in my order and decided to pay cash, so I had to go to the counter, where I was asked some of the same questions I had already put into the kiosk, one being about sauce, which was never put in my bag. Maybe not all the info put into the kiosk shows at the counter? You’d think it would.

I had come through shortly before close requesting some really off the wall special stuff on my order, and one employee named Alex really came through, like holy hell. A real champ, food was delicious, hot and fresh despite being so close to close. And friendly the entire time, even though I’m generally really rude and obnoxious.

Went in, ordered on the kiosk and waited for 35 minutes. We left with no food. And rude customer service when we asked for our money back. There were employees in the back just shooting the breeze and goofing off with a lobby full of customers waiting for the food. Terrible, awful experience.

Service was great, we used the drive thru. Prices are what they are. Our complaints were portion sizes. My wife got a chicken protein bowl that she has ordered at several other locations this was pretty skimpy on portions. As was my steak grilled cheese burrito. These arent value menu options but the portions were.

I have had nothing but problems with both this taco bell and the one in clinton. I work late hours and get here well before close only to get terrible service, ignored at the drive-thru, and told they are closing earlier than advertised. Right now im sitting in the drive-thru with 3nough to time write all this while being ignored. I’d like to place an order but it looks like they fell asleep or something. It’s kinda ridiculous…

I order a several things they charged me for double fries when I asked for 1 order and ordered chips and nachos. Well the chips were on the bottom of the bag without being inside any wrapper and only like 6 chips. That’s crazy

I’ve had a lot of bad customer service over the last 30 years I’ve been alive and this taco bell is by far the worst. They can’t seem to get the order right or give you everything you ordered. This Taco Bell in Warsaw MO gets a big fat 0 and an F- for failure to do the required job correctly. I will not recommend anyone I know to go there.

Ordered food, drove 30 minutes home just to find out my order was NOT my order at all! It was completely wrong. I ordered for 3 and got for 1. Been calling non stop to complain and speak with a manager and it’s just a busy signal. Call again and it just rings busy.
