Great atmosphere, weird service with okay food. Getting a seat was super easy. You have the option of either ordering online, by using their QR code, or ordering with a server. It’s strange because you can pay before you get your food and yet still get regular service as if you are at a standard restaurant. The timing in getting our drinks and food was noticeably off, but perhaps ordering online may affect that. The food was pretty standard airport food. Nothing special and nothing memorable. I’ve had better food at other airports. Don’t come here expecting something extraordinary. Like I said, the atmosphere is great as the restaurant sits right in the intersection of several gates, so it’s quite lively.

The service was fine. The place wasn’t busy. Tuesday night at the airport location. Originally, the fries were cold and i just decided to not say anything. Then I took a bite of the Saucer Burger and it was not cooked properly. Sent it back twice. Red in the middle. Server stated they cook the meat prior and then warm it up on the grill. I have worked in restaurants & food manufacturing, it’s imperative that mass produced burger is cooked thoroughly to ensure bacteria haven’t grown out of control. Food safety doesn’t seem like a serious thing here…

Not a bad place for a quick bite during your layover at the Dallas airport. The service was pretty quick, the food was good, the waiter wasn’t the friendliest.

The breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked as per my request. Mimosas were so perfect.

Went there on Monday 8/21 and my beer didn’t get logged. I asked the dude several times if he could log my beer and he said he would, i wanted to make sure i got a credit at this location. Of course, he never logged it, he was also pretty rude. This was around 9:30 AM on Monday, white guy. Beer is overpriced, that’s to be expected, it’s the airport. I’ll raise my review if they decide to go in and log that beer for me, that’s the whole reason i even had a beer here. Check out the other locations, they’re great, this location is .

Literally, the worst airport bar I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They force you to use their online menu, force you to give them an email in order to place your order, everything is outrageously priced, we had to wait 15 minutes to get anything just to try to navigate their ridiculous on-site portal. Do not recommend.

Great spot to spend a couple of hours when delayed. Food was good and staff were friendly. Great bloody Mary and veggie burger.

The fries were one of the worst I’ve had in my whole life. Undercooked. I couldn’t eat them. The hamburger was pink in the center. And the bun was stale to the point that it fell apart while trying to eat it. Totally unacceptable. There are no prices on their liquor menu. For how busy it was service speed was subpar, but at least the waitress was polite.

This is a 5 Star airport restaurant. Our waiter, Jason, was very helpful with the beer selection. He highly recommended the local brewery IPA, and my friends and I were very happy with this beer. Also, great burger and Texas BLT. Overall, great spot.

Great place to chill and wait for the layover to be over. Best beer selection in DFW. Upstairs dining room is an oasis from the airport nonsense. Food is better than expected. Amazing service. Laid back and super enjoyable. The place to go when you are waiting to go.
