I’m really upset with this Jimmy Johns. I understand being low staff and busy, but I waited over 2 hours for a sandwich that I never got. They called twice saying it would be on the next delivery route and finally I ended up calling for a refund because I didn’t want to eat a 3 hour old sandwich.

I love Jimmy John’s, eat it a decent amount. This was my second time at this location, and unfortunately it will be my last. Sat in drive through for 8 minutes not moving. Which they are busy, I get that. Not frustrated or anything. So I parked and went inside to get my sandwich. There was so much confusion and the way I was talked to was pretty bad.. “I ordered in drive through, and after not moving for 8+ minutes I decided to park and come inside to pay and pick up my food”

This location obviously doesn’t understand how to operate two drive-through lanes. Sat for 10 minutes at the speaker and watched four cars move ahead in the other lane. It’s sad because this used to be our preferred location.

I like the food, but it is not “freaky fast”. Sitting in the drive through with my baby crying in the backseat, is not my idea of freaky fast. P.S my baby doesn’t cry when I’m driving, only when I’m stopped for long periods of time.

We went through the drive-thru at 1:00, after the lunch rush, and it took about 7 minutes for us to get to order, with only 3 cars before us. When we got our food and drinks, the soda and lemonade both have no sweetness to them, like their soda machine was broken, and overall, it probably took 30 minutes to get our food.

My car was in the shop while I was at work so I decided to have Jimmy John’s delivered for lunch since I couldn’t leave. 40 minutes after ordering and my order confirmation, still no food so I called to check on it. The woman on the phone said “oh we actually can’t do delivery tonight” and I said “okay well I paid for my food so is someone going to refund me?” And she said “check your bank to see if it’s been voided” to which I responded “was no one going to tell me I wasn’t getting my food I paid for?” She said “maybe in your email” (not in my email btw.) So I got to sit at work and not eat lunch because they just chose to ignore the order and expect people to pay for nothing? Calling the bank Monday to make sure I get my $17 back. Had someone called me on the number provided in my order I would’ve been totally fine to order somewhere else. I would’ve gotten to eat lunch instead of sit through my break hungry with no explanation.

ordered lunch today for my grandparents and myself. all three sandwiches were butchered. all of my customizations were instead put on my grandfather’s sandwich, mine was meant to be an unwich, and again this was not done right. i can’t eat bread, so i had to scrape all of my sandwich off onto a plate. my grandpa ordered a club lulu, and when he arrived the worker at the front claimed that the sandwich wasn’t on the order at all, even though he was charged for it. despite this, they somehow still managed to completely disregard his order and make his sandwich with the customizations meant for mine? we only received one pickle, and ordered two. so frustrated & disappointed. more than half of our food ended up being thrown out because nobody enjoyed it.
