Sooooo disappointed! Think twice before ypu spend yoir money here and double check your food before you leave, especially drive thru. Was craving a tostada salad and I like El Pollo Loco’s, so I went there. Used the drive thru, I ordered a double chicken tostada, extra sour cream and a drink and paid almost $15 for it. 20 minutes later, when I arrived to my destination, I was so disappointed with my food! Majority of the chicken were hard and dry! They look like chicken from yesterday warmed up, cut up and left out in the sun for me to come and take home to eat! I called the restaurant, spoke with Elvida the manager, she sounded nice, but very distant…..make my complain about the food and how I feel that they do this on purpose to ppl I’m the drive thru because there is a good chance they won’t be coming back if something is wrong! All she could offered was, sorry about your food, you can come back and exchange it. So that means, I waste my gas just to go back for an exchange? No thank you! Then she says, come back anytime, ask for me and we’ll do a refund and a new salad…..I’m not too sure about going back there for the food. But as for their drive thru…..she didn’t say anything about it…so I guess this is how things are run here!!!!

Unfortunately, due to rude service, I will NOT be returning to this El Pollo Loco location; I simply asked for a Cilantro Lime dressing and the lady sharply retorted that it will be $0.44 each; when I mentioned that they’ve never charge this before, she snapped that it’s been this way since May; my adult son said she acted like a teenager who didn’t want to be there. There’s one thing I can’t stand is poor customer service by providing rude answers to someone. There’s no place for it in a service oriented profession.

i get my lunch early and expect that if a store says they will open by a certain time they will be open this is the 3 rd time I decide to come to this pollo loco and it is not open Ive waited past 930am and still do not open never trusting come here again… don’t waste your time if you are in a hurry with a short lunch like me

To start of if i could give a zero for the management I would I call 16 times trying to talk to a manager never got a awnser sad but true , so my husband stop by to surprise me with lunch since he was in the area and got some pollo loco for us to eat when we began to eat or lunch we notice the meat pink and bloody so we stop eating it and call to try to speak to th manager and let them know the problem with our purchase and they never answer let the pictures talk for them self we photographed the chicken that was given to us , the owner needs to talk to the manager they have in charge this is not acceptable people get sick from under cook chicken and some people could die from this I just hope we dont get sick from eating it .
