This place is very cute, nice to have options like this in Hampton. However the lady at the counter told me “everything is plant based”. But yet I look at your menu and you’re offering steak, chicken and shrimp. Very misleading information. Should not be telling people you’re plant based when you’re not.

I just ordered the fiesta bowl, and as I’m nearing the end I thought I’d share my thoughts. This is by far one of the best attributes to Hampton. Cute atmosphere, healthy and delicious food, and beyond friendly staff. Definitely a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. Delicious healthy food and a great portion!

Fun atmosphere, light and bright. Lots of good options with nice sized portions. DELICIOUS “Fonzie” smoothie bowl. We also had the “bowl of the day” which was delicious chicken with tons of ingredients. All menu items are gluten and dairy free (which I usually don’t seek out) this proves you don’t need gluten or dairy for delicious options!

I am from Florida and we have the coolest little beach smoothie and juice shops, so i’ve got to experience the A-Z of places like this but I can say with certainty this is definitely top 3 for smoothies and food and is NUMBER 1 for environment!! It is a place that exudes love from its core and focuses intentionally on detail to best serve its costumers and employees (each one i have met says that they would work for free because they love it so much) !! Overall a place that clearly cares about AND represents love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, and self-control!! the cherry on-top is the FLAVOR!! i got The Groovy smoothie with cilantro… IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!! The owner has a heart of gold and a motivation to build her company on a beautiful testimony from The Lord, this place will not only spark healthy living in a physical manner through food etc. but also spiritually through stewarding Christ well!! also the prices are GREAT
