It was lunch time no other customers but me at the time. I asked about a number 4 special which included lasagna and a slice of pizza. I asked what kind of meat was used for the lasagna and the look he gave me was not warm and he replied hamburger meat, strike one. I asked if I could get a slice of cheese pizza remember I’m the only customer I was willing to wait for fresh pizza his reply was I found a piece of cheese pizza. Strike two, so with nothing being said my food was placed on the counter no silverware no thank you no napkins no nothing. The slice of pizza was cold, the lasagna was not good at all. When people come into a restaurant if you work there it’s your responsibility to take care of the customers. I know one thing about business if you don’t understand it you’ll never be able to grasp it. The service was poor and I was disappointed to pay for the food and to throw it away because I wasn’t up to my standards as a paying customer. No need to give suggestions because just from the attitude of the manager he’s probably related to the owners and is there because he won’t make it anywhere else. Please do better because no customers, no revenue coming in means doors will close because you can’t be paid .

I am picky on pizza. I have tried many places where I live in Denver. Yet only 1 place we like. The same in the Pacific Northwest. In Federal Hill RI we found the best oi8place ever. We also found great pizza in NY and NJ. In NC I never found a good pizza place. We are visiting Omaha and have sore feet so we didn’t want to go out. We ordered the pepperoni pizza that also has cream cheese on it. The pizza is amazing. Creamy, spicy, not full of oil. I’d eat it again. If I lived here.

If you want a good pizza that tastes healthy it’s worth the wait because they make everything to order. You won’t find pizza sitting under heat lamps here. Every time I’ve ever been there they’ve made my pizza from start to finish. Highly recommend the breadsticks! The employees care too which makes the food taste better!

Something changed with the pizza. Crust was thin and burnt, sauce was tangy. I really hope it was just a bad run. Will update if it’s better after one more shot. Really hope they’re not cutting costs. I’d be a lot more open to raising prices than altering their recipes
