I did a drive thru and ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Mashed Potato and Diet Coke. The sandwich and the mashed potatoes came out hot and nice. The sandwich was hot and crispy, and the mashed potatoes were hot and flavorful.

7/25/2023 these people refuse to make me a chicken sandwich fresh at 9 o’clock their excuse was”we are about to close We can’t add anything extra no cheese no mayo just a sandwich”Sad part is they have very Poor customer service skills and they’re supposed to be the Popeyes signature sandwich that they refuse to make a hour before closing instead of playing on the intercom back-and-forth they decided to tell me they can’t add cheese or mayo or anything extra to the sandwich while laughing over the intercom They need to Close this location and make a Kentucky fried chicken at this point because The food is always dry never fresh rude employees with dirty uniforms popeyes can do much better with a better staff. please

This place has the slowest drive thru of all time. The employees are nice enough except the manager(0range shirt) looks annoyed at all times. EVERY TIME I come here I ask for honey mustard sauce they give me Mardigra Mustard. It’s like they have been trained to do this. It’s NOT THE SAME? Why can’t I get what I asked for and if you do t have it I’ll choose something else. That I like. Don’t just give me anything. The sauce makes the meal. Do better and give napkins.

This place is actually wonderful and the food here is great., The manager Londonn is a great team leader and she provides the best customer service towards me and also I ordered yesterday at 12:30pm on 4/10/23 and this lady and man was very rude to Londonn and her staff, going back and forth and due to this lady yelling at her staff saying her food was sitting there was very unsettling, the lady just ordered and just wanted to start a problem and the lady already had a attitude so anyways Londonn handled it as a manager would….kodos to her

I’m kind of disappointed. I wanted to buy 14 pieces of legs, thighs, and large fries, and the associate said I could not. I have to have an app to do that. I never heard about being restricted about how many pieces I get. Then, I had to buy four pieces on a separate order. That’s crazy and upsetting. May have a sign up if that is the rule.

Had such a great experience with Popeyes in Bayonne! I had to do a 20 person large catering order, and they couldn’t have been more helpful! They recommended the best options to suit my customers. When I arrived at 11:30 m, everything is boxed up and ready to go. They were so friendly when I came in. I’m super happy with my experience and would use them again in a heartbeat for my catering needs! It was a no-brainer! As someone who does lunch in services almost daily, it’s so important to me that the food is done right, all the utensils and everything are packed and not forgotten , and I can get out of the restaurant in a breeze. Thank you, Popeyes Bayonne! I will be back!
