I arrived about an hr and a half prior to closing. All the chairs were already on the tables and there was no one at the register. I stood at the register and within a few minutes, a cashier came to the register. Before I could get the order out of my mouth, she stopped me to say they were out of ice cream til tomorrow. Basically what that meant was that the employees had already cleaned up the back and did this earlier than they should have. If the place was still opened another hour and a half, why clean up everything? Employees trying to get out early or on time I suppose. I would suggest changing your hours or your employees to ensure customers are getting what they come in for.

Terrible service. We ordered 3 chicken strip baskets. Simple, right? Alas, no. They were out of gravy for the baskets, but we were tired and hungry enough that we were willing to overlook it. We went to get our drinks, which were so weak they may as well have been water, then sat to wait. And wait. AND WAIT. After 15 minutes (during which we were the only customers in the place), we asked for our money back. The guy who rang us up proceeded to tell us “just a second” twice, then admitted that he FORGOT we had ordered and they hadn’t even started cooking our food!! Needless to say, we got the money back and went across the street to the Waffle House, where we ordered AND got our food within five minutes. Never again.

Terrible service except for lone female employee. Husband ordered ice cream and smoothie for himself and kids. Took over 15 min to get order. I ordered after my husband. Waited five min before female employee came over to take order. Waited another 5 min before order was ready. My ice cream was finished before my husband’s smoothie. Don’t recommend.

I will drive 100 miles to the next dq before I go to this one again! The lady was just rude and mumbling under her breath some profanity which my husband heard and asked her what was wrong. She looked at him like he was stupid and said oh nothing just in a rush. When we got there there wasn’t anybody else in there but some people she knew so apparently we were interrupting her. She went to make our blizzards and handed them to us thru the window and didn’t say thanks or have a nice day or anything. Very disrespectful and we were going out of our way to be nice to her, but it will never happen again. Maybe the management will see these posts and do something!

Went here last night for a treat/reward for our daughter and it was a disaster!!!!!! 30 minutes to get a banana split, funnel cake and a dipped cone (melting as we was handed it to the table). Stood at register about 10 minutes until the workers even noticed we was standing there. Dipped cone was so messy our daughter didn’t enjoy it has her hands was covered from it. WARNING!!! Should have known better when I saw that it was connected to a gas station! They share the same restrooms which were disgusting! They said they had Dr Pepper but they did not, it was Mr. Pibb. Ice cream had an old dairy taste to it, and they put no salt on the fries which also happens to have no flavor!

all the tables were dirty and when I asked if I could have something to clean up, they said for me to move my family to a back corner behind the drink dispensers. Only one person working. One of the customers came in they were ignored. The French fries tasted refried. I will never return to this place again.

Terrible! Ordered a vanilla moola the and received a cofee one. Told them I did not get vanilla and they argued with me it was vanilla even though this was completely brown and not white in color. She even said cofee syrup is used to make the vanilla. Really!

Not even a 1! I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. I went through the drive thru. Ordered and my total came out to be 4.27$. And gave them 20.27$. I never got my change back nor a receipt and later refused my money. Which I really needed a receipt considering my order was wrong anyways. Thanks for a very distasteful disgusting experience. Hope you won’t be open too much longer.

Absolutely horrible place! I have never received such attitude from any employee ever! Also, i ordered two 6 pc chicken strip baskets…. Only 3 pieces of chicken were in one of the boxes and the gravy for both boxes was cold!! Will never go here again!
