Pizza is horrible. I asked for barbecue chicken on half and whatever they put on it turned the cheese pink and soggy. I took one bite and decided not to eat the pizza. The chicken ceaser salad was even worse, chicken tasted like charcol. The interior of the place looked like something out of the 80s… it was very uninviting, cold and just creepy. Please shut this place down or get some new owners that actually care and take pride in feeding people.

I’ve been a delivery customer for years until today. I noticed on my bill there is now a $4.00 delivery charge automatic. No mention of it when they asked me for my address if I would leave a tip 4 driver. I said I would tip driver with cash. I gave driver 5.00, im not even 4 miles from location. So I paid $9.00 for delivery on a $22.00 meal. When I called them to ask why. I got a lame excuse they’re charging now by mileage. I’m not even 4 miles from location. A total rip off. Check your bill, there is no mention of Delivery Charge automatically on their flyer either. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THAT PLACE AGAIN……NEVER. Jim’s Pizza down the road makes a better Alfredo too

Ordered some food that cost almost $60 when I got home and checked the menu, one of four with all different prices. I was over charged $6 dollars call the restaurant back to the the manager he did not have time to hear my issues. Also the food was disappointing. Stay away from this place it awful.

Their pizza is delicious but to be fair it is not as good as family pizza next door. The magic is in the sauces and ingredients. The way they make the pizza is delicious it’s good there’s nothing wrong with it. I’m just saying they aren’t making it as good as their direct competitor. I mean at family pizza I wanted to dunk that dough in olive oil. It was that bomb.

I worked at the Windsor Navy Nuclear Site in the late 90’s, and Giovanni’s was a favorite for our family. My middle daughter loved your Veal Saltimbocca which does not seem to be on the menu now, but I learned to copy your recipe and will be making Geovanni’s Saltimbocca for her 31’st birthday (again) on Friday. I’ve ordered from this restaurant for over 25 years. This evening I ordered a grinder in the oven. It was delivered cold so I call to report the mishap and the manager told me not to order from them anymore. He was arrogant and demeaning. All I wanted was an apology but instead he told me not to order from them.

I went there yesterday to order two grinders. Not only are the grinders pricey but being that we were in a rush to get back home which was a hr away we gave a tip. We had no time to settle down and eat so we ate are grinders late which is when we opened them. When we opened them they had no lettuce no tomato. Not much meat or cheese. I’m 4 months pregnant with twins and already was tired and was anxious for my grinder and that was so disappointing. My husband to go out and buy lettuce and tomatoes to add to our sandwich. When I called the restaurant they gonna tell me you have to ask for lettuce and tomatoes being this is an ITALIAN restaurant never have I been to a restaurant like this and have to ask for lettuce and tomato. They gonna say not everyone want that. But as advertised on the menu it says come with cheese lettuce and tomato even online the option is to say NO lettuce and NO tomato. Which annoyed me was I never got an apology just it doesn’t come with that but it’s like you really trying to argue with me and both menu and online say the food come like that. They say they gonna give me a refund I better see it didn’t even deserve no tip never will I go back just rude people.
