I’m waiting for my order that was placed over the app, not only is it taking about an hour but the staff are cussing at each other making jokes and barely attentive to the remaining customers. I understand it’s late at night they’re about to close but there’s still people in the restaurant the employees shouldn’t be acting like they’re at a backyard bbq while at work.

Waited 25 mins to just get warm food, had to get new fries cause they were smashed together, ranch was hot, only 1 wing was freshly cooked. Not even sure why I keep giving the benefit of the doubt. This is the reason why restaurants go out of business, sad to say quality isn’t there anymore.

I went out of my way because the wing stop on Trenton was packed, but it was a great decision. No wait time to dine in, and the customer service was great. Front lady as cashier was very friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. Area was very clean, and wings were made exactly as requested. Will continue to make this my preferred wing stop.

With this being a consistent issue that I have experienced at this location, I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care taken by staff for service and food. The last four times I have gone to get food here at this location, they have messed up my wings type or flavor each time. This last visit was ridiculous as my to go order had not even put into the system even after already waiting for 20 minutes to get my order. Even after waiting another 30 minutes, my fries were cold, my sauces wrong (yet again), and to top it off my ranch I was charged for was not even in my order.

This location has some serious management and/or staffing issues. I have been here on separate occasions about 3-4 times and the wait is so long. I was told that the wait was 30 mins, which I didn’t mind, and I waited 1 hour for my order and they still got it all wrong. The worst one was when I waited over 2 hours for my order. I give places chance but that is enough. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

Last time I had ordered takeout from this location, the wings were drowning in a huge puddle of oil and the fries were soggy with grease. I had to throw it all away. Being nervous about another bad takeout experience, I decided to dine in instead, everything was cooked really well this time around. Hopefully, the quality improves for takeout.

Wing Stop in general is a great place to eat wings but locations very greatly because of franchisees. The location on Trenton and McColl has very friendly front staff but they are not military friendly unlike the other locations they will not honor a military discount. They did not honor free fries offer sent by corporate for your birthday. I suggest you use the University location in Edinburg. In a competitive world, you have choices and should go where you feel valued. The food was ready in time and good.
