The latest food order was terribly under seasoned. The Kung Pao chicken tasted the same as Chicken with Green Beans. No consistency in food flavor. Didn’t get fortune cookies or any condiments with my latest order. Tried to log a complaint with Panda Corporate but ZERO response. Unsure if we will go back.

I’ve ordered from this particular Panda Express a few times, and they are pretty disorganized. Both times, I ordered online, and I went in to pick up my order after the time they said it would be ready. Both times, I had to wait 5 minutes while they scrambled to get my order ready. It was apparent that the people on the line were confused and didn’t know what to do. The food was good, and my family was happy to have their orange chicken, but the experience wasn’t much fun.

40 minutes before close and they quit bothering to cook food, then I get all kinds of audible attitude for daring to come in this “close” to close. Avoid this location.

This location is not the best! I wonder about their cleanliness cause I see them doing frequent late night deep cleans and sewer work. Probably pouring the grease down the drain. Young management crew doesn’t seem to worried.

This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST !!! Long waits EVERY TIME ! One person on the line taking care of the orders while the other person is stacking napkins ?? Like….. really?! Thats just an example of what’s going on today. No sense of priorities whatsoever ! Avoid this location at all costs.

This would be the 2nd time I’ve gone to this place, and unfortunately I’ve dealt with food poisoning on both occasions. The 1st time I was thing that it was me with a problem, however the 2nd time with the exact same order same result. I’m not really one to shame a place but what are the odds that you order the same thing twice and you get sick both times? This place might need an inspection for the health department to fix whatever is going on.

Ordered online because I had a finite amount of time for launch today and ordered ahead to save time. They hadn’t even started the order even though the app said it would be ready. Instead I wait another 10 minutes, so I have to practically breathe in the food. Thanks Panda Express
