I just had surgery so I’ve been using the door dash app to be able to get food. Spent $22 plus extra cash tip so a total of $25 for the worst quesadilla I’ve ever had. I ordered steak with fajita veggies and unfortunately they forgot the veggies, on top of that the quesadilla was made so poorly alll the ingredients weren’t even spread out. Anytime I’ve visited this location in the pass, yes the service was usually slow and rude but at least the food was okay, but after this delivery I would not recommend going back. Looking at the other reviews I can tell everyone else has similar issues.

One of the filthiest restaurants I have ever been in. Just 2 hours after opening and it looked like nothing had been cleaned or wiped down for days. Saw an employee eating while cooking food. Another employee in the dining area picked his nose then shoved his finger in his ear and went to the drink counter where he proceeded to pick up and fix a stack of drink lids. It was so bad it sounds made up/exaggerated but it is not. Absolutely disgusting, will never be back. Do not eat here

I tried Chipotle for the first time since I have a lot of people telling me how good it was so I said why not. I got a steak burrito and it was alright, I wasn’t really too excited about it and I kind of didn’t even really finish it but I would probably get it again. The pickup was fast and I went through the chipotle lane so overall I liked it.

We had promoted service. But the dining area was very dirty. Tables were somewhat wiped off, but the floor was full of food and split drinks. The ice in the soda machine was empty, yet staff made no visible effort to fill it. Will not be going back there anytime soon.

Good god. The manager of this location must actively hate the company for it to be this bad. I’ve given it two chances and am now happy to drive 16 minutes away to the chipotle to the west instead of this.

This location has yet to get an order correct. We’ve complained, and Chipotle has given us credits. However, we just want our food order to be correct. Today, sour cream, green salsa, and fajita veggies were all missing from my order. They ignored my request for extra salsa and extra lettuce. My daughter ordered extra fajita veggies and received none. She ordered light hot sauce and they put the regular amount. The chicken was burned in both orders. Sooooooo much white rice, and I ordered brown. Also, our chips were dark brown. I will call Chipotle again, but we will be ordering from a different store from now on. Gordon Ramsey would be fuming.

I’ve eaten at this location once and the food was pretty decent. What I don’t like is the fact that I tried going again just to wait in the lobby with my husband and another customer for 10 minutes, and no one even greeted us. I understand being busy, but one employee walked by multiple times and didn’t say a single word. Husband and I walked out after that.

I was overwhelming disappointed in this Chipotles order as it is completely wrong in every way. I ordered the Chicken El Pastor and I got regular chicken. Asked for no rice, adds rice. Asked for Faita veggies, no veggies. Extra chicken, barely any chicken. I had to wait in the restraunt just to find out the food was already done and had to wait 30 minutes because they put it in the wrong spot! Not only that, it’s cold! Of I could I would like a full refund. Horrible experience but the only place around I can get something like this.

This has to be the worst location. My girlfriend and I both ordered bowls. Mine was missing fajita veggies and beans entirely. Also almost 0 chicken and the chicken that was on there was dried rice size pieces. The girlfriends bowl was missing her sour cream and had maybe 6 pinto beans in the whole order. We walked in and there was only 6 people eating with 4 employees standing around so they weren’t busy. Will never go to this location again.

My delivery was 50 minutes late. My food was cold. And the chips and guac I paid for were not included. You cannot call the store to have your order fixed. You get directed to a robot. And instead of delivering what I ordered, they added chips and guac to my rewards in the app. Will not be ordering from this grill again.
