Worst Pizza Hut ever. 1st order undercooked and not sliced properly, 2 order burnt. Last night my delivery order never showed up I called the store 3 times and after Two hours the employee still would not check with the driver and told me to be patient because they only had one driver. I waited 3 hours and it never came. I list rewards points. And they don’t want to replace them.

Unacceptable all the way around. I was in the store for five minutes, two employees looked right at me and said nothing. My pizza looked fine, but when I got home, I could see that it was poorly cut where some slices were not slices, just strips of pizza. Most of my pizza did not have sauce on it! I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and somehow the crust was crispy and partially burned. I’m done with Pizza Hut. I tried contacting the store three times, but they don’t answer the phone.

I ordered at 4:14, and the delivery driver forgot my drinks when he came around 4:50. He went back, apparently got the drinks and didn’t come back. It is now 5:50, and it’s safe to say, I’m not coming back to this location IF I do decide to order from Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut, actually get delivery drivers that work for your store, and not from doordash.

I was very dissatisfied with the Lg 3- meat topping pizza. The pizza had very little marinara sauce and was more like cheesy bread as oppose to pizza. I did say 3-meats..I received 3 toppings in what looked like the restaurant had run out of all three meats and I got what was left. This was my first visit to this establishment and I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the pizza and customer service.

Horrible. I ordered online said it would be 25-35 mins. Took over an hour and 20 mins to deliver. Called to look for my ordered and was purposely hung up on twice. Called a 3rd and 4 th. For them not to pick up the phone at All. Called once more for the phone just to ring. Food was cold,and wrong.

I’m sorry to say but this is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I made an online order 30 mins ago for carrying and I can’t even get to the register. There are 10+ people all here with similar stories. The service is slow/bad, the system rejects or doesn’t receive orders, the staff is completely under staffed for the volume. This place is in desperate need of a tune up.

Not much a fan of pizza but my husband wanted to try their new New Yorker pizza. Got there ontime when it came out it was overcooked and definitely not cheesy. The lobby was filthy with dirty napkins and trash on the floor.
