30 minute wait for burnt chicken tenders AND Joni fries. Like how do you mess up chicken tenders?? Their wings were nasty too; I definitely prefer the Richmond location over this location. Deformed undercooked chicken wings, highly disappointed.

Looks like 3 stars, tastes like 1.5. Couldn’t even finish it. The cheese was all wrong, didn’t even taste like it was melted- something was just all off with this- worst calzone I ever had. The interior of the place was also dirty. Regional management should really visit this place to get things in order. Though I do feel bad there was only one guy working.

I’ve been eating Georgio’s for most of my life, having grown up in the heights, and I’ve always liked them… This location today, though, was absolutely awful to my friend and me. My friend ordered me a pizza because I’ve been sick, with no cheese (he didn’t select any cheese choices in the Slice app and there was no “No Cheese” choice), because I’m lactose intolerant. When they delivered me a pizza with cheese, he called them to ask for a refund or replacement, and instead of just eating the couple bucks of cost, they blamed him for not saying “no cheese” in the message. They refused to give a refund, and told him to call the app he used. He did this, and the app rep called them with him on the phone. The Georgio’s employee they spoke to at this point called my friend a liar for pointing out that one of the employees admitted to not reading his message, then hung up on him when he got angry about them calling him one.

This location is under new ownership and management as of about August 2022. I have to say that the quality has improved a lot since. Bit of a tip. It’s fresher and much more delicious if you pick it up vs Door Dash. DD drivers drive around for half an hour, go in all sorts of weird directions and the pizza is cold by the time it gets to you. You can’t get extra cheese with Door Dash, either. You have to order by phone and pick up.

We love Georgio’s. Is it the best pizza you will ever eat in your life? No. The pizza is fantastic for the price though. Service has always been good too. They messed up our order one time and let us keep the extras for free.

I go there 5 nights a week. The wings and salad are my favorite. I decided to try a calzone and it was amazing. The customer service was great. The manager treats me like family instead of a regular customer. I really enjoy going places and my order is remembered and made a priority. Keep up the good work guys.
