Ordered on line, sandwiches ready, fries not ready, ordered a large fry, container was only 3/4 full. Come on! Potatoes are cheap, you need to step it up, please at the very least fill the container, we eat here all the time.

We are from out of state and wanted to give some new a try. We had the Classic Italian and my wife had the Steak and Cheese. I thought it was a good sub with lots of flavor. My wife also enjoyed hers and I took a bite and thought it was good as well. The fries were just fries, which isn’t bad . The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Will definitely come back again if we are in the area.

This place was awful and this is like the third time giving them another chance. The sandwiches where like trying to eat a brick or something and the fries where the same way and the 2 females that where working was highly rude they where just throwing the stuff around and was like making these weird sounds with there mouth like we had interrupt them or something like one was making the sandwich and stopped 3 times to answer a texts and the other one was like really we have to make more fries come on now she even ask us if we where shore that we wanted fries and if we really needed them? So nope not going here again if you want to waste your money go ahead but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

The subs and fries were very good and well put together. The gentleman taking orders was also in good spirits and happy to help us decide on a sub as it was our first time eating at a Penn Station. My only complaint is that it’s very small and half of the tables are mere feet from the restrooms.

This place was great until the last year. Skimpy on steak and little to know flavor. They used to toast the cheese on top of the meat. Now it’s on the bread under the meat and not melted. Fries cold. At $20.00 for 1 large Steak, small fry and a medium drink it’s not worth what you pay for. We will find another place to go.

Great sandwiches and wonderful staff. I was surprised to find the price reasonable for the quality. The only issue is that they seem to need 1 more person working, however this did not stop the friendliness of the staff and they kept pressing on.
