Charlie’s is always great to throw in your food rotation to add a little something different. Whether the Cheese steak you get is beef or chicken, you can get it loaded up with the veggies you want. They’ve always prided themselves on their lemonade and it certainly is worth a try. Fantastic fresh cut fries that taste best with a little salt and vinegar or go for the cheese and bacon.

I haven’t been to this location in probably 15 or 20nyears. It’s out of my way. Compared to other locations it was on par for what I’ve come to expect. The staff were friendly and prompt. The food was made to order. I got tasty hot food, again what I’ve come to expect. The prices are in line with their other restaurants but I think it’s high. In my mind it’s a bit much to pay for a sandwich, fries and drink. Maybe it’s the quality food and not junk like other fast food? But still you have to be competitive. If you were 20% lower you’d have way more foot traffic and sales. The restaurant was very clean and seemed organized. I shouldn’t have to mention that but so many fail in this. I would eat here any time.

I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich. It had so little flavor I was worried I might need a COVID test. Also, after spending 11 dollars I should at least be full, but wasn’t. I’ll give 2 stars because the service was good, the bread was fresh and I should’ve known not to eat there. The last time I tried their food was at a mall years ago and it was nasty. I’ll post a picture of the sandwich you can see shaved bland chicken everywhere with a big glob of a cheese-looking substance ontop.

They gave my wings away to the car in front of me. They said they would make my wings fresh and a courtesy ultimate fry. While I’m waiting the previous car comes back around and they pull me forward to assist them. The customers gave the wings back to Charleys and get the order they were supposed to get. Charleys then gave me the wings the other customers returned when they were supposed to give me fresh wings. I know they are not fresh because they were barely warm and there were water marks on the box from the rain. They also did not give me the courtesy ultimate fries because of this. This is all bad business the whole way around and cross contamination from the wings being switched from customer to customer. This will be taken up with corporate.

The food is delicious. The service was excellent too. The ghost pepper boneless wings are so hot it’s kinda messed up but your messed up and into that level of masochism they are kinda awesome. Like, you’ll sweat and cry foreal. You came feel em burning all the way to your stomach. Good flavor too tho, not just heat. Charlie’s is the jam.
