Ordered 2 large hand tossed pepperoni and it was absolutely terrible. The dough tasted like water or better it had no taste and im trying to be nice. The sauce was so sweet and toppings were scarce. Not sure what happened to this place and the quality but no more ever again for me.

We picked up our order of the new Melts. After seeing the commercials, we were excited. The employee was not very friendly. The food, well, very disappointed is the best way to describe it. They are very small. The crust was hard and chewy, I don’t know how that can be, but they were. Just not a good experience.

50/50 your food will be made right or well put together but when it is it’s pretty good. Pizza Hut was on a long downward slope and maybe it’s just me but recently the taste has seemed to have improved some.

It would be lovely if you could keep up with said “delivery time” online so the food’s not cold when it arrives. 6:10p was our estimated arrival time but we didn’t receive our food until 6:45p. Both our pizza and our dinner box was cold and unappetizing. We ended up throwing the food away. This is twice now.

Ordered my pizza and fries, fries were great, opened my pizza when I was almost home and the crust was almost 3inches wide, ridiculous. So I call to have them make it correct and I go to get new one and the second one is so exaggerated they doubled all ingredients and this time there was no crust, and the dough is barely cooked underneath all the ingredients. I’m so aggravated it’s not hard to just make a regular pizza. No need to be so exaggerated because I wanted a normal pizza, but now there is nothing else I can do but complain on here.
